1. Úvod

The XSDTS Z13 Tuya Smart Lock is an advanced wireless smart lock designed to provide secure and convenient access to your property. 3. Obsah balení

Please check the package contents carefully upon receipt. The standard package typically includes:

4. Instalační příručka

Before installation, ensure your door meets the required specifications (door thickness 40-120mm). Professional installation is recommended.

4.1 Měření dveří

Přesné měření jsou pro správnou instalaci zásadní. Změřte prosím následující:

1. Thickness of the door frame.
2. Length of the guide piece.
3. Width of the guide piece.
4. Distance from the door edge to the handle center.
5. Screw hole distance of the rear panel.

4.2 Výběr drážky

The lock is compatible with a 6068 mortise. If replacing an existing lock, measure your old mortise lock to select the corresponding size. The product supports various mortise sizes, including 22*235 (60 85).

4.3 Nastavení směru rukojeti

The handle direction is reversible. Adjust it according to your door's opening direction before final installation.

5. Počáteční nastavení a párování aplikací

After physical installation, power the lock with dry batteries and proceed with initial setup.

5.1 Tuya Smart App Installation and Pairing

1. Stáhněte si aplikaci „Tuya Smart“ z obchodu s aplikacemi pro váš chytrý telefon (iOS nebo Android).
2. Zaregistrujte se nebo se přihlaste ke svému účtu Tuya Smart.
3. Ujistěte se, že máte v telefonu zapnuté Bluetooth a Wi-Fi.
4. Open the app and tap '+' to add a new device.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to put the lock into pairing mode (usually by pressing a button on the interior panel or entering a specific sequence on the keypad).
6. Select the smart lock from the discovered devices in the app and complete the pairing process.

5.2 Admin User Registration

The first fingerprint, password, or IC card registered will typically be designated as the administrator. Refer to the lock's voice prompts or the app for specific steps to register admin and regular users.

• Registrace otisků prstů: Podle pokynů několikrát přiložte prst na senzor.
• Registrace hesla: Enter your desired password (6-8 digits recommended) and confirm.
• IC Card Registration: Present the IC card to the designated area on the lock.

6. Návod k obsluze

The XSDTS Z13 Smart Lock offers multiple convenient ways to unlock your door.

6.1 Odemknutí otiskem prstu

Place your registered finger on the semiconductor fingerprint sensor. The lock will unlock if the fingerprint is recognized (identification speed ≤0.5s).

6.2 Odemknutí heslem

Enter your registered password on the keypad. The lock supports virtual passwords to prevent peeping, allowing you to enter random numbers before or after your actual password.

6.3 Odemknutí IC karty

Present your registered IC card to the card reader area on the lock. The lock uses dynamic encryption technology for enhanced security.

6.4 Odemknutí aplikace Tuya

Use the Tuya Smart App on your smartphone to remotely unlock the door, manage users, view unlocking records, and receive real-time notifications.

6.5 Odemknutí mechanickým klíčem

In case of emergency or battery depletion, use the provided mechanical keys to unlock the door. The keyhole is discreetly located on the front panel.

7. Údržba

7.1 Výměna baterie

The lock is powered by dry batteries. When the battery level is low, the lock will issue a 'low battery alarm'. Replace all batteries promptly to ensure continuous operation. The battery compartment is located on the interior panel.

7.2 Nouzové napájení

If the batteries completely deplete, you can use a power bank connected to the USB emergency charge port (located on the bottom edge of the front panel) to temporarily power the lock and gain access.

• Otisk prstu nebyl rozpoznán: Ujistěte se, že máte prst čistý a suchý. Pokud problém přetrvává, zkuste otisk prstu znovu zaregistrovat.
• Heslo nefunguje: Double-check the entered password. Ensure you are not accidentally triggering the 'trying alarm' by too many incorrect attempts.
• App pairing issues: Ensure the lock is in pairing mode and your phone's Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are active. Restart the app and the lock if necessary. Refer to the Tuya Smart App's help section for detailed pairing guides.
• 'Trying alarm' activated: This alarm sounds after multiple incorrect unlock attempts (fingerprint, password, or card). Wait for the alarm to clear before trying again, or use a mechanical key.
