1. Konec produktuview
The ATORCH GR2PWS is a smart Din Rail energy meter designed for real-time monitoring of voltage, current, power, and energy consumption in home and industrial settings. It features a 1.50-inch TFT-LCD HD display and supports WiFi connectivity for remote control and data analysis via the Tuya or Smart Life mobile applications. This model (GR2PWS) includes a built-in latching relay for prompt alarm and power cut-off functionality.
Varianty produktu:
- Basic version (GR2P): Only provides prompt alarms; does not cut off power.
- WiFi version (GR2PW): Provides prompt alarms; does not cut off power.
- WiFi + Relay Version (GR2PWS): Provides prompt alarms and can cut off power.
Attention: This product is designed for unidirectional current measurement and cannot be used in solar power generation systems as it does not handle negative current.
2. Nastavení a instalace
2.1 Vybalení
Carefully unpack the energy meter and ensure all components are present:
- ATORCH GR2PWS Smart Din Rail Energy Meter (or GR2PW/GR2P variant)
- Uživatelská příručka
2.2 Fyzická instalace
The meter is designed for installation on a standard 35mm DIN rail. It can be easily clipped onto the rail without the need for screws.

Image: The energy meter mounted on a 35mm DIN rail, showing its compact design.
2.3 Schéma zapojení
Important: Strictly follow the schematic diagram for wiring. Ensure correct wiring to prevent damage to the device or electrical system. The measured voltage and current should not exceed the calibration range.

Image: A detailed wiring diagram showing the connection of the ATORCH GR2PWS meter between the entry line (L and N) and AC output, with an NXB-63 C20 circuit breaker and a light bulb as a load. Input terminals are labeled N INPUT and L INPUT, and output terminals are N OUTPUT and L OUTPUT.
Note on Initial Power-on (GR2PWS):
When the GR2PWS meter is first powered on, the built-in magnetic retention relay needs to be reset. This process takes more than ten seconds, during which the output will be maintained (delay protection). Over-limit protection functions (such as overvoltage, podpaltage, overcurrent, and overpower protection) will only take effect once startup is complete and the measurement interface is displayed. It is recommended to connect an air switch at the output end and wait for the meter to fully start before turning on your device's air switch.
2.4 App Download and WiFi Pairing
To utilize the smart features, download the 'Tuya' or 'Smart Life' app from Google Play (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS).

Image: A multi-panel image illustrating the Smart Life APP pairing operation steps. It shows opening the app, clicking 'Add Device', selecting the device, entering WiFi information, and confirming successful connection.
WiFi Connection Steps (for meters with WiFi modules):
- Download the 'Smart Life' or 'Tuya' App.
- After powering on, the device's red light flashes and remains on to enter distribution network mode, waiting for WiFi connection.
- Follow the in-app instructions to add the device. You will need to select your WiFi network (2.4GHz only) and enter the password.
- Once paired, the app will display the device interface.

It also shows remote control via the mobile app.
3. Návod k obsluze
3.1 Rozhraní displeje
The meter features a 1.50-inch TFT-LCD HD display panel (240x320 RGB Dot-matrix) that shows various electrical parameters in real-time. You can switch between Chinese and English interfaces.

Image: The meter's display showing real-time values for Voltage (Vol), Current (Cur), Power (Pwr), Energy (Ene), Bill, Frequency (Fre), Power Factor (Factor), Run Time, and CPU Temperature. It also indicates WiFi connection status.
3.2 Remote Monitoring and Control (via App)
The mobile app allows you to view electricity consumption data, daily/monthly/annual reports, and real-time electricity usage curves from anywhere with an internet connection. You can also remotely control the meter's functions.

3.4 Electricity Price Settings
The meter supports three electricity payment modes:
- Single rate electricity price: For basic calculation of electricity bills.
- Tiered electricity prices: Allows setting two types of electricity tariff coefficients (e.g., different rates for consumption above/below a certain kWh threshold).
- Peak and valley electricity prices: Enables setting different prices for specific time segments throughout the day (e.g., 00-07H, 07-11H, 11-19H, 19-00H).

3.5 Prepayment Function (GR2PWS only)
The GR2PWS model supports a prepayment function. When enabled, you can recharge the quantity of electricity (kWh). If the remaining energy is insufficient, the meter will automatically prompt you. When the remaining available power capacity reaches zero, the alarm will be disconnected, and power will be cut off.

Image: A smartphone screen showing the prepayment function interface in the app, with options for 'Prepayment switch', 'Power electricity not enough', 'Energy charge', 'Prepaid phone records', and 'Clear energy'. A balance of 1800.00 kWh is displayed.
4. Údržba
4.1 Aktualizace firmwaru
The meter supports lifetime free firmware updates via WiFi. To upgrade, open the mobile app, navigate to 'device upgrade' or 'update' in the device settings, and follow the prompts.
