1. Úvod

2. Bezpečnost a varování

6. Návod k obsluze

Základní operace

1. Connect the red wire to the positive pole and the black wire to the negative pole of your DC power supply.
2. Connect the yellow 'Start' line to the positive power supply via a 1k resistor. If operating below 12V, a resistor is not required.
3. To run at high speed, connect the white PWM line directly to the negative pole.
4. For speed regulation, input a 20KHz pulse width modulation (PWM) signal to the white line.
5. To switch between forward and reverse rotation, connect the green line to the negative pole. It is recommended to stop the motor before switching direction to prevent instantaneous surges.
6. The encoder requires a 5V power supply connected to the orange wire. If the encoder is not needed, this connection can be ignored.

7. Údržba

This brushless servo motor is designed for low maintenance. Keep the motor clean and free from dust and debris. Ensure proper ventilation to prevent overheating. No specific user-serviceable parts are inside.

• Motor not starting or erratic operation: Check all wiring connections for correctness, especially positive/negative polarity. Ensure the power supply is regulated and within the specified voltage rozsah (9V-24V DC).
• Přehřátí motoru: Reduce the load on the motor. Ensure it is not operating under stall conditions. Verify that the power supply voltage is correct and not exceeding 24V.
• Reduced speed or torque: The load might be exceeding the motor's rated value. Reduce the load or ensure the motor is not operating near its stall torque limit.
• No encoder feedback: Ensure the encoder's 5V power supply (orange wire) is correctly connected.
