1. Úvod

This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your LoraTap SC420W-EU-WHI WiFi Double Curtain Blind Switch. Please read this manual thoroughly before use to ensure proper functionality and safety.

2. Bezpečnostní informace

WARNING!!! Please be sure to turn off power before the wiring connection to prevent electric shock.

• Zajistěte, aby veškeré zapojení provedl kvalifikovaný elektrikář nebo aby bylo v souladu s místními elektrotechnickými předpisy.
• Nevystavujte zařízení vlhkosti nebo extrémním teplotám.
• Toto zařízení je určeno pouze pro vnitřní použití.

3. Obsah balení

Ověřte, zda jsou v krabici přítomny všechny položky:

• 1 x Wi-Fi EU Double Curtain Switch (White Colour)
• 1 x Terminal for Neutral Wiring
• 1 x Blue Cable for Neutral Wiring
• 2 sad šroubů
• 1 x Uživatelská příručka

4. Instalace a nastavení

4.1 Pokyny pro zapojení

Before proceeding, ensure the main power supply is turned OFF.

1. Carefully open the panel: To avoid scratching or breaking the panel, gently pry open the panel with a flathead screwdriver on a stable, flat surface.
2. Connect the wires according to the diagram below. Ensure your motor has at least 4 wires: Live Wire 1, Live Wire 2 (for OPEN and CLOSE), Earth Wire, and Neutral Wire. The neutral wire is required for installation.
3. The switch does not have a terminal for the earth wire, so there is no need to connect the earth wire of the motor to the switch.
4. Put both the Input Neutral Wire (Blue Wire) and Output Neutral Wire (Blue Wire) into the 'N' position on the switch.
5. Fix the back plate onto the wall using the provided screws.
6. Press the front panel back onto the back plate until it clicks into place.

Klíč pro zapojení:

• Input L: Live Wire (Red/Brown/Black Wire from AC power)
• Input N: Neutral Wire (Blue Wire from AC power)
• Output L1: Brown Wire from Motor 1
• Output L2: Black Wire from Motor 1
• Output L3: Brown Wire from Motor 2
• Output L4: Black Wire from Motor 2
• Output N: Neutral Wire (Blue Wire from Motor 1 and Motor 2)

4.2 Network Pairing (App Integration)

This switch supports Wi-Fi 2.4GHz networks only. It does NOT support 5GHz Wi-Fi. If your router is 5GHz, please configure it to also broadcast a 2.4GHz network.

1. Ujistěte se, že je zařízení zapnuté.
2. Open the Smart Life or Tuya App on your smartphone.
3. V aplikaci vyberte „Přidat zařízení“ nebo ikonu „+“.
4. Choose to add manually and navigate to the "Motor" category, then select "Curtain (Wi-Fi)".
5. On the physical switch, press and hold the pairing button (usually indicated by a Wi-Fi symbol or a small dot) for a few seconds until the indicator light flashes rapidly.
6. Confirm in the app that the indicator is blinking rapidly.
7. Vyberte svou 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi síť a zadejte heslo.
8. The app will begin adding the device. Once successfully added, you can rename the device and control it via the app.

5. Návod k obsluze

5.1 Ovládání fyzickými tlačítky

The switch features 6 push buttons on its panel for direct control:

• Up arrows: Open curtains
• Down arrows: Close curtains
• Pause buttons: Stop curtains at current position

5.2 Smart Life / Tuya App Control

Once paired with the app, you can control your curtains remotely from anywhere.

• Dálkové ovládání: Open, close, or stop curtains from your smartphone.
• Procenttage Úprava: Adjust curtains to a specific percentage (např. otevřeno na 50 %).
• Ovládání časování: Set schedules to automatically open or close curtains at fixed times (e.g., open at 8:00 AM, close at 10:00 PM).
• Kontrola stavu: View the current status of your curtains (open/closed percentage) in the app.
• Funkce skupiny: Create groups within the app to manage multiple curtain switches simultaneously.
• Sdílení zařízení: Share control of the device with family members through the app.

5.3 Hlasové ovládání

The LoraTap switch is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Home for hands-free voice control.

• To open curtains: "Alexa, open the curtains." or "Hey Google, open the curtains."
• To close curtains: "Alexa, close the curtains." or "Hey Google, close the curtains."
• To stop curtains: "Alexa, stop the curtains." or "Hey Google, stop the curtains."

6. Údržba

• Čištění: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the switch panel. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals, as these may damage the surface.
• Aktualizace firmwaru: Periodically check the Smart Life or Tuya App for available firmware updates to ensure optimal performance and security.

7. Řešení problémů

Switch not responding to app control:

Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. This switch does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi. If your router is dual-band, ensure the 2.4GHz band is enabled and your phone is connected to it during pairing.

Check if the switch's indicator light is solid, indicating a stable connection. If not, try re-pairing the device (refer to Section 4.2).

Motor not working after wiring:

Verify that the main power supply is ON.

Confirm that your motor is a 4-wire electric shutter motor (Live Wire 1, Live Wire 2, Earth Wire, Neutral Wire) and that the neutral wire is correctly connected to the switch.

Double-check all wire connections against the wiring diagram (Figure 3) to ensure they are secure and correctly assigned.

Cannot use an RF remote control:

This is a Wi-Fi only curtain switch and is not compatible with RF remote controls. Do not attempt to pair it with any RF remote.

• For optimal performance, ensure your Wi-Fi router is within a reasonable range of the switch to maintain a strong 2.4GHz signal.
• When setting up schedules, consider daily routines to maximize convenience and energy efficiency.
• Utilize the group control feature in the app if you have multiple smart curtain switches to manage all blinds in your house simultaneously.
