4. Nastavení

4.1 Schéma zapojení

Refer to the diagrams below for proper power supply and sensor connections. Ensure all connections are secure before powering on the module.

  • Příkon: Connect DC 6~30V to VIN+ and VIN- terminals, or use a Micro USB 5.0V power supply.
  • Reléový výstup: Connect your heating/cooling device to the relay terminals: NO (Normally Open), Public COM (Common), NC (Normally Closed).
  • Teplotní sonda: Connect the NTC 10K temperature probe to the designated terminals. If using an 18B20 digital sensor, connect it to VCC, DQ, and GND.
  • Poznámka: The product defaults with an NTC waterproof sensor. If an 18B20 sensor is connected, the temperature measurement will automatically switch to the 18B20 sensor.

4.2 App Networking Steps

To control the module via your smartphone, follow these steps to connect it to your WiFi network and the control app:

  1. První krok: Open the app and click on the 'add device' icon.
  2. Druhý krok: Select 'add device' and put the module into pairing mode.
  3. Třetí krok: Follow the on-screen instructions to connect to the device's temporary WiFi network.
  4. Čtvrtý krok: Configure the device name and select your home WiFi network.
  5. Pátý krok: Zadejte své heslo WiFi.
  6. Šestý krok: The app will attempt to connect the device to your WiFi.
  7. Sedmý krok: Once connected, click 'Finish adding' to complete the setup.

5. Návod k obsluze

The module can operate in automatic or manual mode, controlled via the mobile application.

5.1 Automatický režim

In automatic mode, the module controls the relay based on set temperature parameters.

  • Výběr režimu: First, select either heating or cooling mode.
  • Nastavení teploty: Set the desired temperature and hysteresis difference.
  • Opožděný start: If needed, set a delay time (in seconds) before the heating/cooling process begins after a cycle.
  • Alarmy vysoké/nízké teploty: Set the high and low temperature alarm thresholds.
Heating Mode Logic:
  • When the detected temperature (current temperature) ≤ (set temperature - hysteresis temperature), the relay turns ON, and the heating equipment starts.
  • When the detected temperature (current temperature) ≥ the set temperature, the relay turns OFF, and the heating equipment stops.
  • Exampten: Set temperature = 30°C, hysteresis = 5°C. If temperature drops to 20°C (≤ 30-5=25°C), heating starts. When temperature reaches 30°C (≥ 30°C), heating stops.
Cooling Mode Logic:
  • When the detected temperature (current temperature) ≥ (set temperature + hysteresis temperature), the relay turns ON, and the refrigeration equipment starts.
  • When the detected temperature (current temperature) ≤ the set temperature, the relay turns OFF, and the refrigeration equipment stops.
  • Exampten: Set temperature = 30°C, hysteresis = 5°C. If temperature rises to 36°C (≥ 30+5=35°C), cooling starts. When temperature reaches 30°C (≤ 30°C), cooling stops.

5.2 Ruční režim

Manual mode allows for direct control and monitoring without automatic temperature regulation.

5.3 Obecné funkce

  • Korekce teploty: If the system shows deviations over time, use this function to calibrate. Current temperature = measured temperature + calibration value.
  • High and Low Temperature Alarm Function:
    • Bzučák: When enabled, the buzzer will sound upon an alarm. Press any button to stop the sound.
    • Alarm vysoké teploty: If the current temperature exceeds the set high temperature alarm, the relay will disconnect.
    • Alarm nízké teploty: If the current temperature falls below the set low temperature alarm, the relay will disconnect.
  • Emergency Braking Function (Emergency Stop): When activated, the relay will disconnect regardless of its current state. Deactivating it returns the relay to its normal operating state.
  • LAN Data Export Function: The local area network uploads temperature data every second. Click 'Export' in the app to automatically export this data to an EXCEL file pro analýzu.
  • Operační protokol: The app provides an operation log, allowing you to review past relay actions and temperature data.

6. Údržba

The thermostat module is designed for low maintenance. Keep the module clean and free from dust and moisture. Ensure proper ventilation around the module to prevent overheating. Regularly check wiring connections for any signs of wear or looseness.

7. Řešení problémů

  • Modul se nezapíná: Check the DC 6~30V power supply or Micro USB 5.0V connection. Ensure correct polarity.
  • Žádné měření teploty: Verify the NTC or 18B20 temperature probe is correctly connected to the module.
  • Relay not activating/deactivating: Check your set temperature, hysteresis, and delay settings in the app. Ensure the emergency braking function is not active. Verify the connected heating/cooling device is functioning correctly.
  • Problémy s připojením k Wi-Fi: Ensure your WiFi network is 2.4GHz (most IoT devices do not support 5GHz). Re-follow the app networking steps (Section 4.2).
  • Nepřesné údaje o teplotě: Use the 'Temperature Correction' function in the app to calibrate the sensor if you suspect a deviation.

Tipy pro uživatele:

  • Provoz offline: In automatic mode, once parameters are set, the product can be disconnected from the network and will continue to run offline. The parameters will not be lost when the power is turned off. This means you don't need a constant WiFi connection for basic automatic control after initial setup.
