1. Úvod

This manual provides detailed instructions for setting up, operating, and maintaining your eMastiff Tuya WIFI GSM Home Security Alarm System. This advanced system offers comprehensive security for your home or garden, integrating wireless and wired sensors, app control, and cellular communication.

The hub cellular+Wi-Fi model is a dual network system that utilizes both Wi-Fi and cellular (GSM/4G). All sensors are wirelessly connected to the hub. In the event of alarm activation, a push notification will be sent, and an alarm call will be made automatically to all registered users. The system can be controlled on-site by remote tags, RFID tags, the ARM button on the hub, or remotely via the dedicated mobile application.

2. Průvodce nastavením

2.1. Things to be Noted Before Getting Started

• This guide is for Hub cellular models (2G/4G) and Hub cellular + Wi-Fi models (2G/4G + Wi-Fi).
• If using a 4G SIM card, ensure the 2G network of your wireless service provider is available in your country. Consider a 4G cellular communicator hub if 2G is unavailable.

For Hub Cellular + Wi-Fi Models Only:

• Select a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. The hub does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi.
• Your Wi-Fi password must not contain spaces or other special characters.
• Place your hub as close as possible to your router during setup.
• A slow network speed can affect performance. A minimum upload speed of 2Mbps is recommended.
• Ensure the AP isolation setting in your router is disabled.

2.2. Co potřebujete

To set up and use the Alarm System, you will need:

• An iPhone or Android phone.
• The Smart Security System app.
• An unused indoor power outlet.
• A regular SIM card supporting 2G/GSM (for 2G version) or 4G network (for 4G version).
• A Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n (2.4GHz) network connection (for Hub cellular + Wi-Fi only).

2.3. Install the SIM Card

1. Press and slide the cover in the OPEN direction of the arrow and lift it up.
2. Plug your SIM card into the slot.
3. Put down the cover, press and slide it in the LOCK direction of the arrow to secure it.

2.4. Adding Your Hub (App Configuration)

Upon downloading and installing the app on your phone, follow the on-screen prompts to register and log in to add your hub.

2.4.1. Smartlink Configuration

1. Tap 'Add Device' or '+', select 'Security & Sensor', and tap 'Alarm'.
2. On your hub, tap '√' to go to 'Wi-Fi > Smartlink Configure'. Ensure your device is in SmartLink mode with the LED blinking rapidly.
3. Tap 'Confirm indicator rapidly blink', choose your local Wi-Fi, and input the password (only 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network is supported).
4. Wait for the configuration to finish, then tap 'Done'.

2.4.2. SoftAP Mode (if Smartlink fails)

1. If Smartlink configuration fails, change to Soft AP mode. Tap 'AP Mode' at the 'Add Device' page.
2. On your hub, tap '√' to go to 'Wi-Fi > SoftAP Configure'. Ensure your device is in SoftAP mode with the LED blinking slowly.
3. Tap 'Confirm indicator slowly blink' on your APP, choose your local Wi-Fi, and input the password (only 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network is supported).
4. Tap 'Confirm > Go to Connect', then choose the Wi-Fi hotspot named "Smartlife-XXXX" in your Wi-Fi list. Go back to your APP to wait for the Wi-Fi configuration to finish, then tap 'Done'.

Tip: After configuration, you can tap '-> Share Device' to share your hub with your family.

2.5. How to Add Phone Number

1. Tap 'Setting > Alarm call number' in the 'Contact' column to add phone numbers for alarm calls.
2. Tap 'Setting > Alarm SMS number' in the 'Contact' column to add phone numbers for alarm SMS.
3. Tap 'Alarm call' to turn alarm calls on or off.
4. Tap 'Alarm SMS' to turn alarm SMS on or off.

Tip: Up to 5 alarm call numbers and 5 alarm SMS numbers can be added.

2.6. How to Add Accessory

Pick your device at the home page, tap 'Accessories > Add', then follow the tips below to trigger your accessory to be added. After the accessory is added, it will be classified into the corresponding column automatically.

Tip: Up to 100 wireless detectors, 10 remote tags, and 10 RFID tags mohou být přidány.

2.6.1. How to Pair a Remote Tag ze strany Panelu

1. Go to 'Menu > Parts > Remote > Add' and enter.
2. Enter a digit from 0 to 9 to designate a unique number for the remote tag.
3. 'Synchronizing' will be shown, and the hub will enter pairing mode.
4. Stiskněte libovolné tlačítko na dálkovém ovladači tag to send a transmission signal.
5. Once the serial number is added, 'Learning OK' will be shown.

2.6.2. How to Pair a Wireless Sensor by Panel (Door/Window Sensor or PIR Motion Detector)

1. Go to 'Menu > Parts > Detector > Add' and enter.
2. Scroll to 'A' and tap to select the desired Zone Name. For doorbell use, select 'Doorbell'.
3. Scroll to '24' and tap to select the desired Zone Mode (Type). Assign a Zone Mode to each sensor:
   • Normální: Sensors activate in Arm or HOME Mode. Recommended for door/window sensors.
   • 24 hodin: Sensors activate alarm regardless of arm/disarm status.
   • Zpoždění: Hub alarms after a delay. Recommended for primary entryways.
   • Domov: Sensors activate only in Arm (full arm) mode. Recommended for PIR Motion Detectors.
   • 24 hodin ticha: Same as 24 Hours but without sound.
   • To disable the zone, select 'Close'.
4. Scroll to '1' and use the digits keypad to enter a unique Zone Number (0-89).
5. Select '√', 'Synchronizing' will be shown.
6. Trigger the wireless sensor to send a transmission signal.
7. Once the serial number is added, 'Learning OK' will be shown.

2.6.3. How to Pair an RFID Tag podle Panelu

1. Go to 'Menu > Parts > RFID > Add' and enter.
2. Enter a digit from 0 to 9 to designate a unique number for the RFID tag.
3. 'Synchronizing' will be shown, and the hub will enter pairing mode.
4. Klepněte na RFID Tag na čtecí zóně RFID vašeho panelu.
5. Once the serial number is added, 'Learning OK' will be shown.

2.6.4. How to Pair a Wireless Siren by Panel

1. Press and hold the SET button of the siren until you hear two beeps. The siren will enter sniffer mode, and the light ring will blink quickly.
2. Press '√' button on the panel within 6 seconds. The panel will show 'Learn Signal Sent' and send a transmission signal to the siren.
3. The siren will give four beeps for successful indication.

2.7. Hardwired Zone Connections

Zone 1, Zone 2, and Zone 3 are EOLR supervised zones supporting both open and closed circuit devices with a response time of 300msec. Maximum zone resistance: 11000 ohms, plus EOLR.

Důležité: If the EOLR (End of Line Resistor) is not at the end of the loop, the zone will not be properly supervised, and the system may not respond to an open circuit on the zone.

Go to 'Main Menu > Parts > EOL Zone' on your hub to set the type and mode of three wired zones. The default numbers for these zones are 100, 101, and 102.

3.1. How the Alarm System Works

1. The hub receives an arming command (from remote, RFID tag, ARM button, or app) and enters "Armed" mode.
2. When a Door/Window Sensor detects an opening, or a PIR Motion Sensor detects motion, the sensor sends a signal to the panel.
3. The hub internal siren sounds at 85dB on-site. An optional external siren sounds at 100dB.
4. The app sends a push notification and text message to your phone (if enabled). The hub also makes phone calls to preset numbers.

3.2. Arm/Disarm Status

The system has three security levels:

• Pryč paže: Use when no one is home. All sensors are monitored. The alarm sounds if a door/window opens or motion is detected. Notifications and calls are sent.
• Domácí paže: Use when you're home and want security. Normal and Delay sensors are monitored, but interior sensors are not. The alarm sounds if a door/window opens. Notifications and calls are sent.
• Odzbrojit: Use when you don't want security. No sensors are active, except 24-HOUR sensors. The alarm won't sound.

3.3. How to Arm and Disarm

You can arm and disarm your home in three ways:

• Entering your passcode on the panel and pressing Arm/Stay Arm/Disarm icons.
• Tapping an RFID Tag na panelu.

When you hear the panel's chime alert, the screen will show a countdown before the alarm sounds.

3.4. Exit/Entry Delay

Exit Delay allows you to leave your home after arming. Entry Delay allows you to disarm the system upon entry before an alarm occurs. The default Exit Delay is 40 seconds, and Entry Delay is 30 seconds.

3.4.1. How to Change the Exit Delay

Go to 'Menu > Settings > Delay > Exit Delay' and enter to edit the delay value (0-255 seconds).

3.4.2. How to Change the Entry Delay

Go to 'Menu > Settings > Delay > Entry Delay' and enter to edit the delay value (0-255 seconds).

3.5. Auto Schedule

You can set an arm schedule and a disarm schedule to automatically arm or disarm the system at a daily time.

1. Go to 'Menu > Timer > Arm Schedule/Disarm Schedule' and enter.
2. Scroll to the time field and enter the Daily Arm/Disarm time (in 24-hr), then tap to backspace.
3. Scroll to the 'on/off' toggle and tap to enable the schedule.
4. Press '√' to save your schedule.

3.6. Make a Call on Panel

On the home screen, tap one of the digits to enter the dialing screen, enter the number, then tap '√' to dial.

Důležité: The call will be canceled if the cellular network is not registered, the system is armed, or in voice alarming.

3.7. How to Record a Voice Message by Panel

Your system can record, play, and delete a brief voice message (up to 20 seconds).

1. Go to 'Menu > Record' and enter.
2. Select 'Record'.
3. When 'Recording' is shown, speak into the panel. Recording stops automatically after the time expires.

• To adjust record time: Go to 'Menu > Record > Duration'.
• To playback recorded message: Go to 'Menu > Record > Play'.
• To delete recorded message: Go to 'Menu > Record > Delete'.

4. Údržba

4.1. Informace o baterii

• Alarm Panel: Vestavěná baterie.
• Senzor dveří: Includes CR2032 3V battery.
• Pohybový senzor: Vyžaduje 2x AA baterie (nejsou součástí balení).
• Dálkové ovládání: Vestavěná baterie.
• Kouřový senzor: Requires 9V battery (not included).

The hub includes a backup battery that lasts for more than 3 hours if electrical power is lost. The battery icon in the upper-right corner shows the battery level. If the backup battery is very low, the icon turns red, and low battery notifications will be sent to registered phone numbers. The battery is fully charged within 8 to 12 hours.

4.2. Obecná péče

Keep the alarm system clean and free from dust. Avoid exposing the devices to extreme temperatures or moisture.

5. Řešení problémů

5.1. Cellular Network Connection Issues

If the cellular icon (X or ) is always shown, the hub has not connected to a network. Ensure the SIM card was inserted when the hub was off and that the SIM card's security code is permanently deactivated.

5.2. Problémy s připojením k Wi-Fi

• Ensure you are connecting to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, not 5GHz.
• Verify your Wi-Fi password does not contain spaces or special characters.
• Place the hub close to your router during setup.
• A slow network speed (below 2Mbps upload) can affect performance.
• Disable AP isolation in your router settings.

5.3. Oznámení aplikací

After installing the app, the phone will request permission to receive notifications. Forbidding notifications may result in app running failure.

5.4. Loss/Restoration of AC Power

If AC power is lost or restored, the hub will send an alert notification to let you know.

5.5. Tamper Detekce

Pokud někdo tampers with the Smart Hub and removes it from its back plate, the hub will send an alert notification.

5.6. Obnovení továrního nastavení

Go to 'Menu > Settings > Initialization' and enter. This will delete all paired accessories and event logs. You cannot reset if the Smart Hub is locked.
