4. Nastavení a instalace
Proper installation is crucial for safe operation. Follow these steps carefully:

Mounting the Hoist:
Use the provided brackets and bolts to securely mount the hoist to a sturdy square or rectangular metal bar. Ensure the bar's width and height do not exceed the inner size of the mounting brackets. Tighten all bolts firmly.

Installing the Double Rope Hook (Optional):
For double line capacity, attach the double rope hook. This involves removing a cotter pin from the main hook, threading the cable through the pulley, and re-securing the pin. This configuration halves the lifting speed but doubles the capacity.

Připojení dálkového ovladače:
The wireless remote control connects to the hoist's control box. Ensure the batteries (AAA) are correctly installed in the remote. The control box also contains the receiver for the wireless remote.

Plug the hoist into a compatible 220V power outlet. Ensure the power supply matches the hoist's requirements.

5. Návod k obsluze
The hoist is designed for easy and safe operation using the wireless remote control.

Ensure the hoist is securely mounted and connected to power. The control box may have an indicator light.

The remote control allows you to operate the hoist from a safe distance of up to 100 meters (328 ft). It features buttons for UP, DOWN, START, and STOP. The remote is powered by AAA batteries.

Nouzové zastavení:
In case of an emergency or unexpected movement, press the red Emergency Stop button on the remote control or the control box to immediately halt all operations.

Zvedání a spouštění:
Press the 'UP' button to lift the load and the 'DOWN' button to lower it. Always ensure the load is balanced and within the hoist's capacity (refer to specifications for single and double line capacities).
6. Údržba

Péče o motor:
The hoist is equipped with a pure copper motor designed for high efficiency and low noise. It is heat-resistant and sturdy. Ensure the motor area is kept clean and free from obstructions to allow for proper heat dissipation by the large radiator fan.

Wire Cable Inspection:
Regularly inspect the galvanized steel wire for any signs of wear, fraying, kinks, or corrosion. Replace the cable immediately if any damage is observed. The galvanized coating helps resist corrosion.

Hook and Pulley Inspection:
Check the alloy steel hooks and pulley for any deformation, cracks, or wear. Ensure the snap design on the hook is functioning correctly to prevent loosening of the load.

Keep the hoist clean from dust, debris, and moisture. Use a dry cloth to wipe down surfaces. Avoid using harsh chemicals that could damage the finish or internal components.
7. Řešení problémů

Hoist Stops Unexpectedly:
The hoist is equipped with a limit switch. If the red block on the cable touches the frame during lifting, the motor will automatically stop to prevent overloading or damage. Check the position of the load and the limit switch. Also, ensure the load does not exceed the maximum capacity.

Dálkové ovládání nereaguje:
Check the batteries in the wireless remote control. Ensure they are correctly inserted and have sufficient charge. Verify that there are no obstructions between the remote and the hoist's control box that could interfere with the signal. The control box itself has a wiring diagram (Model: YTK-V2) which might be useful for advanced troubleshooting or if you decide to use a wired remote in the future.

Reduced Lifting Speed:
If you are using the double cable configuration, the lifting speed will be halved compared to the single cable configuration. This is normal operation to accommodate the increased lifting capacity.

- If you need to lift irregular items, utilize the provided lifting straps for secure attachment.
- Familiarize yourself with the remote control's buttons, especially the Emergency Stop, before beginning any lifting task.
