3. Nastavení

3.1 Zapnutí zařízení

Insert the provided DC12V 1A power adapter into the power input port located at the end of the product. The device display will light up, indicating it is powered on.

3.2 Connecting to Device Under Test

• For Batteries: Use the red and black crocodile clamp lines. Connect the red clamp to the positive terminal (A+) and the black clamp to the negative terminal (A-) of the battery. For 4-wire measurement, ensure V+ and V- are also connected to the battery terminals to minimize voltage drop effects.
• For USB Devices/Chargers: Utilize the DC5.5/MINI USB/Micro USB/Type-C USB adapter. Connect the adapter to the input terminals of the tester and then connect your USB device or charger to the appropriate port on the adapter.

Safety Warning: When working with voltages above 36V, please exercise extreme caution to ensure safety.

3.3 Instalace a připojení softwaru

The DL24/DL24P supports various online connection methods for monitoring and control:

1. For Apple Mobile Phone APP:
   • Hledat "E_test" directly in the App Store to download and install the application.
   • Open the app and click the Bluetooth icon at the top.
   • Select "DL24-BLE" to connect. No separate Bluetooth pairing is required through phone settings.
   • The app provides measurement functions, discharge status, data cleaning, and displays voltage, current, and power curves.
2. For Android Mobile Phone APP:
   • Scan the QR code provided on the back of the host device or in the manual to download the corresponding APP software.
   • After installation, open the software and click the Bluetooth icon.
   • Select "DL24-BLE" to connect successfully. No separate Bluetooth pairing is required through phone settings.
3. For Wired PC Online APP:
   • After powering on the host, connect it to your computer's USB interface using the supplied data cable.
   • Install the CH340 serial driver on your computer.
   • Scan the QR code on the back of the host or in the manual to download the corresponding PC APP software.
   • Open the software, select the newly installed serial port model, and it will connect. This APP is compatible with both wired and Bluetooth serial devices.
4. For Bluetooth PC Wireless Connection APP:
   • First, add the DL24-SPP Bluetooth device to your computer as a serial port device through your PC's Bluetooth settings.
   • Scan the QR code on the back of the host or in the manual to download the corresponding PC APP software.
   • Open the software (no installation needed for the software itself, just run it) and select the newly added Bluetooth serial port model to connect successfully.

4.1 Obecná obsluha

• The display will show the current measured input voltage upon connection.
• Use the "Set" button to navigate between parameters and modes.
• Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust values.
• Use the "Start" button to initiate/stop discharge and to save settings.

4.2 Constant Current (CC) Discharge Mode

1. Ensure the product is powered on and correctly connected to the device under test.
2. Short press the "Set" button. The cursor under the constant current number on the display will flash, indicating it's ready for adjustment.
3. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the value to your desired discharge current.
4. Press the "Start" button to begin the discharge. The display will show "ON", and the constant current discharge, capacity/power accumulation, and timing will commence.
5. To set a time limit for discharge or a stop voltage value: While the discharge is stopped, long press the "Set" button once. "CC" on the display interface will start to flash. Short press the "Set" button again to move to the time limit discharge column or stop voltage column. Adjust the flashing value using the "+" and "-" buttons. After setting, press the "Start" button to save and confirm, or wait for the flashing to stop for automatic saving.

4.3 Constant Resistance (CR), Constant Power (CP), Constant Voltage (CV) Modes

1. When the product is powered on and the discharge state is stopped, long press the "Set" button. "CC" on the display interface will start to flash.
2. Short press the "+" or "-" buttons to cycle through the CR, CP, CV, and CC modes.
3. Select the desired function mode. Wait for the flashing to stop; the system will save and enter this function mode.
4. Then, use the same adjustment and discharge initiation methods as described for the Constant Current discharge mode.

4.4 Battery Capacity and Electricity Detection

1. Fully charge the battery you intend to test.
2. Long press the "Start" button of this product to enter the background, clear any accumulated data, and then exit the background.
3. Long press the "Set" button until "CC" starts flashing.
4. Short press the "Set" button to navigate to the stop voltage bar. Set your desired lowest discharge voltage pro baterii.
5. Short press the "Start" button to save this setting.
6. Set the rated discharge current value.
7. Short press the "Start" button to begin measuring the accumulated battery capacity.
8. When the discharge reaches the battery stop voltage value you set, the system will display "Complete!". The MAH and WH values on the display represent the capacity and power value of the battery.

4.5 DC Power Adapter Output Voltage, Current, and Maximum Power Detection

1. Connect the output of your power supply to this product. The display will show the current voltage hodnota.
2. Set the nominal current value of the power supply to be tested on the tester.
3. Turn on the load for discharging and aging for 3-6 hours. Observe if the temperature remains low and the voltage is stable, which indicates a stable and accurately rated power supply.
4. During the discharge process (when "ON"), short press the "+/-" buttons to gradually increase the current.
5. At the moment when the voltage of the tested power supply drops to zero, read the current current value and power value. These represent the maximum output current and maximum output power value of the tested power supply.

4.6 Mobile Power Supply Capacity Test

1. First, fully charge your power bank.
2. Reset the load capacity on the tester to zero.
3. Connect the power bank to the tester and set the desired discharge value.
4. Start discharging until the power bank is exhausted.
5. Read all the accumulated capacity and power values displayed. This will be the approximate capacity and power value of the power bank.
6. Due to the product's power-off memory function, the discharge process can be completed in one session or over multiple sessions until the power bank is fully discharged.

• Protection Interface Pops Up: If an over-current, over-temperature, or over-power protection interface appears, it indicates that the set parameters exceed the device's safe operating limits or the connected power source's capabilities. Carefully adjust the parameters. When aiming for maximum power discharge, increase the preset value slowly and monitor the device.

• Power Bank Capacity Testing Considerations: When testing the capacity of power banks, be aware that the displayed capacity value will often be lower than the nominal value advertised by the manufacturer. This is due to internal voltage boosting (e.g., from a 3.7V cell to 5V or 9V) and associated energy losses. As a general estimation, for a 5V output, you might need to multiply the measured capacity value by approximately 1.35 to get a figure comparable to the power bank's nominal cell capacity. This is an approximate evaluation and not an absolute measurement.
