Nastavení

1. Počáteční nabíjení

1. Nabijte pouzdro: Connect the provided USB charging cable to the USB-C port on the charging case and a power source (e.g., computer USB port, wall adapter). The LED digital display on the case will show the battery percentage increasing.
2. Nabijte sluchátka: Place the earbuds into their respective charging slots in the case. Ensure the charging contacts align. The earbuds will begin charging automatically. The LED indicator on the earbuds may show a light during charging and turn off when fully charged.
3. Plné nabití: For first-time use, fully charge both the charging case and the earbuds.

2. Párování Bluetooth

1. Zapnutí: Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode. The LED indicator on one earbud will flash, indicating it is ready to pair.

Zapnutí/vypnutí

• Zapnutí: Open the charging case, or long-press the touch control area for 3 seconds if earbuds are outside the case and off.
• Vypnout: Place earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid, or long-press the touch control area for 5 seconds.

Přehrávání hudby

• Přehrát/pozastavit: Jediným klepnutím na jedno sluchátko.
• Další skladba: Dvakrát klepněte na pravé sluchátko.

Hlasový asistent

• Aktivovat Voice Assistant: Dlouze stiskněte libovolné sluchátko po dobu 2 sekund (pokud nevoláte).

Údržba

Správná péče zajistí dlouhou životnost a výkon vašich sluchátek.

Čištění

• Regularly clean the ear tips and charging contacts with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
• Nepoužívejte agresivní chemikálie, čisticí rozpouštědla ani silné čisticí prostředky.
• Dbejte na to, aby se do otvorů pro sluchátka nedostala vlhkost.

Skladování

• Když sluchátka nepoužíváte, uložte je do jejich nabíjecího pouzdra, abyste je ochránili a udrželi nabitá.
• Neskladujte v extrémních teplotách (horko nebo zima) nebo při vysoké vlhkosti.

Voděodolnost (IPX7)

• The earbuds are IPX7 waterproof, meaning they can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes.
• This rating applies to the earbuds only, not the charging case.
• Nabíjecí pouzdro úmyslně neponořujte do vody.

Odstraňování problémů

Pokud narazíte na problémy, vyzkoušejte následující řešení:

Sluchátka se nepárují/nepřipojují

• Ujistěte se, že jsou obě sluchátka nabitá.
• Vložte obě sluchátka zpět do nabíjecího pouzdra, zavřete víko, počkejte několik sekund a poté víko znovu otevřete, abyste znovu přešli do režimu párování.
• Turn off Bluetooth on your device, then turn it back on and try searching for "S12" again.
• Forget/delete "S12" from your device's Bluetooth list and attempt to pair again.

Funguje pouze jedno sluchátko

• Ujistěte se, že jsou obě sluchátka nabitá.
• Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, and then open it again. This often forces them to re-sync.
• If the issue persists, perform a factory reset (refer to specific instructions if available, otherwise try long-pressing both earbuds simultaneously while in the case for 10 seconds).
