5.1 Montáž

The pump features multiple mounting holes for secure installation. Use appropriate screws (not included) to fix the pump to a stable surface. The installation hole center distance is approximately 48.5mm (1.9in).

5.2 Instalace trubek

1. Select the appropriate rubber tube (1x3mm, 2x4mm, or 3x5mm) based on your fluid viscosity and desired flow rate.
2. Carefully insert the ends of the tubing into the inlet and outlet connectors on the pump head. Ensure a snug fit to prevent leaks.
3. Verify that the tubing is not kinked or obstructed.

5.3 Elektrické připojení

Connect the pump to a DC 12V power supply. The direction of fluid flow through the peristaltic pump is determined by the polarity of the power supply wiring. Connect the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals accordingly to achieve the desired flow direction.

6. Návod k obsluze

6.1 Zapnutí/vypnutí

Once the electrical connections are secure, apply DC 12V power to the pump to start operation. Disconnect power to stop the pump.

6.2 Nastavení průtoku

The flow rate of the pump is directly proportional to the motor's rotational speed. If your power supply allows for variable voltage output, adjusting the voltage within the 12V DC limit can control the pump's speed and thus the flow rate (0.1-60rpm, corresponding to 0-150ml/min depending on tube size).

6.3 Changing Flow Direction

To reverse the direction of fluid flow, simply reverse the polarity of the DC 12V power supply connection to the pump. Ensure power is disconnected before changing wiring.
