4. Montážní návod

Your Heybike YM1 Electric Bike comes 90% pre-assembled. The final assembly process is straightforward and typically involves attaching the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat.

Montážní kroky:

1. Rozbalení: Carefully remove the bike and all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for potential returns or future transport.
2. Instalace řídítek: Attach the handlebars to the stem, ensuring they are centered and tightened securely. Adjust the angle for comfort.
3. Montáž předního kola: Install the front wheel, ensuring the disc brake rotor is correctly seated within the caliper. Secure the wheel with the quick-release skewer or axle nuts.
4. Instalace pedálu: Určete levý (L) a pravý (R) pedál. Levý pedál se utahuje proti směru hodinových ručiček a pravý pedál se utahuje ve směru hodinových ručiček. Před instalací naneste na závity malé množství maziva.
5. Sedlovka a sedlo: Insert the seat post into the frame and adjust the saddle height for a comfortable riding position. Secure with the quick-release lever.
6. Montáž blatníku: Attach the front and rear fenders if not already installed.
7. Instalace baterie: Insert the fully charged battery into its compartment and ensure it locks securely.

5. Správa baterií

The Heybike YM1 is powered by a 48V 10Ah (480WH) removable lithium-ion battery. Proper battery care ensures longevity and optimal performance.

Nabíjení baterie:

• Doba nabíjení: Plné nabití obvykle trvá 5-6 hodiny.
• Nabíječka: Use only the original charger provided by Heybike.
• Místo nabíjení: Nabíjejte baterii v suchém, dobře větraném prostoru, mimo dosah hořlavých materiálů.
• Ochrana proti přebití: The battery is equipped with overcharge protection, but it is recommended to disconnect the charger once fully charged.
• Indikátor nabíjení: Nabíječka má obvykle kontrolku (např. červená pro nabíjení, zelená pro plné nabití).

Vyjmutí a instalace baterie:

The battery is designed for easy removal, allowing for off-bike charging or secure storage.

1. Odstranění: Turn the key to unlock the battery, then carefully slide it out of its compartment.
2. Instalace: Slide the battery back into the compartment until it clicks into place. Turn the key to lock it securely.

Péče o baterie:

• Pokud baterii nepoužíváte, uchovávejte ji na chladném a suchém místě.
• Avoid fully discharging the battery regularly. Charge it after each ride or when the charge level is low.
• Pokud baterii skladujete delší dobu, nabijte ji přibližně na 50–70 % a dobíjejte ji každé 2–3 měsíce.

6. Ovládání elektrokola

6.1 Zapnutí/vypnutí

• Zapnutí: Press and hold the power button on the LCD display until the screen illuminates.
• Vypnutí: Znovu stiskněte a podržte tlačítko napájení, dokud se displej nevypne.

6.3 Jízdní režimy

The Heybike YM1 offers four riding modes:

1. Režim pedálu: Jezděte jako na tradičním kole bez elektrické asistence.
2. Režim PAS (systém asistence pedálů): The motor provides assistance as you pedal. Select from levels 1 to 3, with higher levels offering more assistance.
3. Čistě elektrický režim: Use the twist throttle to engage the motor without pedaling. The bike will move solely on electric power.
4. PAS and Electric Combination Mode: Combines pedal assistance with throttle control for extended range and reduced fatigue.

6.4 Řazení rychlostních stupňů

The 7-speed Shimano gear system allows you to adjust your pedaling effort to match terrain and speed.

• Use the trigger shifter on the handlebar to change gears.
• Shift to lower gears (larger cogs) for easier pedaling on inclines.
• Pro vyšší rychlost v rovinatém terénu řadte na vyšší převodové stupně (s menšími pastorky).
• Always pedal lightly when shifting gears for smooth transitions.

6.5 Brzdový systém

The Heybike YM1 is equipped with efficient dual disc brakes for reliable stopping power.

• The left lever controls the front brake, and the right lever controls the rear brake (standard configuration).
• Pro optimální brzdný účinek a kontrolu sešlápněte obě brzdy současně.
• Avoid sudden, hard braking, especially the front brake, to prevent skidding or loss of control.

7. Údržba a péče

Pravidelná údržba zajistí dlouhou životnost a bezpečný provoz vašeho elektrokola.

• Čištění: Pravidelně čistěte kolo pomocíamp hadříkem a jemným mýdlem. Vyhněte se mytí elektrických součástí tlakovou vodou.
• pneumatiky: Maintain recommended tire pressure (indicated on the tire sidewall). Check for punctures or excessive wear.
• brzdy: Inspect brake pads for wear and replace as needed. Ensure brake levers have proper tension and the brakes engage effectively.
