4. Instalace a nastavení

This electric fireplace is designed for easy wall mounting. Follow these steps for secure installation.

4.1 Montáž na stěnu

1. Choose a suitable location on a solid wall, ensuring there is adequate clearance around the unit for ventilation and safety. Avoid mounting directly under a power outlet.
2. Using the provided mounting brackets as a template, mark the drilling points on the wall. Ensure the marks are level.
3. Vyvrtejte otvory v označených bodech a vložte do nich hmoždinky.
4. Připevněte montážní konzoly ke zdi pomocí dodaných šroubů.
5. Carefully lift the fireplace unit and hook it onto the installed mounting brackets. Ensure it is securely seated.
6. Připojte napájecí kabel do uzemněné elektrické zásuvky.

4.2 Nastavení dálkového ovládání

Insert one CR2025 battery (not included) into the remote control, observing the correct polarity.

5. Provoz

The fireplace can be operated using the control panel on the unit, the remote control, or the Tuya smart app.

5.1 Funkce ovládacího panelu a dálkového ovládání

The control panel and remote control share similar functions. Refer to the icons on the panel for specific operations.

• Vypínač: Zapíná/vypíná krb.
• Tlačítko s efektem plamene: Cycles through 9 flame colors and 6 ember bed variants.
• Tlačítko jasu: Upravuje jas plamene (5 úrovní).
• Tlačítko topení: Activates the heating function. Press to cycle between 900W and 1800W.
• Zvýšení/snížení teploty: Adjusts the thermostat setting (15°C to 35°C).
• Tlačítko časovače: Nastaví časovač automatického vypnutí (1 až 24 hodin).
• Tlačítko pro rychlost plamene: Upravuje rychlost efektu plamene.

5.2 Ovládání pomocí aplikace Tuya Smart

Download the Tuya Smart app from your device's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your fireplace. The app allows for comprehensive control, including:

• Zapnutí/vypnutí napájení
• Flame color and brightness adjustment
• Heating level and thermostat control
• Nastavení časovače
• Music mode (synchronize flames with music)
• Integration with Alexa and Google Home for voice control.

6. Údržba

Regular cleaning and proper care will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your electric fireplace.

• Před čištěním vždy odpojte jednotku ze zásuvky.
• Před čištěním nechte jednotku zcela vychladnout.
• Vnější povrchy otřete měkkým, damp tkanina. Nepoužívejte abrazivní čisticí prostředky nebo rozpouštědla.
• Skleněný panel jemně očistěte měkkým hadříkem a neabrazivním čističem skla.
• Ensure the air vents are free from dust and debris to maintain proper airflow.

7. Řešení problémů

If you encounter any issues with your fireplace, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

• Bez napájení: Check if the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Ensure the main power switch on the unit is ON.
• Topení nefunguje: Verify that the heating function is activated. Check the thermostat setting; if the room temperature is above the set temperature, the heater will not activate. Ensure the overheating protection has not been triggered (unplug and allow to cool). Check if the open window detection has been activated.
• Dálkové ovládání nereaguje: Check and replace the CR2025 battery in the remote control. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the fireplace's sensor.
• Nefungující efekt plamene: Ensure the unit is powered on and the flame effect button has been pressed.
• Problémy s připojením aplikace: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is active and the fireplace is within range. Follow the Tuya app's troubleshooting guide for connection problems.
