1. Úvod

2. Bezpečnostní informace

Your safety is paramount. Always adhere to local traffic laws and regulations when operating the e-bike. Failure to follow safety guidelines can result in serious injury or property damage.

2.1 Obecná bezpečnostní opatření

• Always wear a certified helmet and appropriate safety gear (gloves, eye protection) when riding.
• Perform a pre-ride inspection before each use, checking brakes, tire pressure, lights, and battery charge.
• Nejezděte pod vlivem alkoholu nebo drog.
• Be aware of your surroundings and ride defensively. Avoid distractions such as mobile phones.
• Ensure all components, especially handlebars and wheels, are securely fastened before riding.

2.2 Bezpečnost baterie

• Use only the charger provided by URLIFE.
• Do not overcharge the battery. Disconnect the charger once the battery is fully charged (typically 3-5 hours).
• Nevystavujte baterii extrémním teplotám nebo přímému slunečnímu záření.
• Pokud je baterie poškozená nebo vykazuje známky přehřátí, okamžitě ji přestaňte používat a kontaktujte podporu.

3. Obsah balení

Vaše URLIFE E20 Electric Bike is shipped 90% pre-assembled. Please verify that all the following components are present in the package:

• URLIFE E20 Electric Bike (main frame with rear wheel, motor, and battery installed)

4. Montážní návod

Follow these steps to complete the assembly of your URLIFE E20 Electric Bike. It is recommended to have a second person assist with some steps for easier assembly.

4.1 Vybalení a počáteční kontrola

• Opatrně vyjměte všechny součásti z obalu.
• Inspect for any shipping damage. Contact customer support immediately if any damage is found.

4.2 Instalace řídítek

• Attach the handlebar to the stem. Ensure the handlebar is centered and aligned correctly.
• Tighten the stem bolts securely using the provided Allen wrench. Varování: Insufficient tightening can lead to loss of control.

4.3 Front Wheel Attachment

• Vložte přední kolo do patek vidlice.
• Ujistěte se, že je brzdový kotouč správně usazen v brzdovém třmenu.
• Secure the wheel using the quick-release skewer or axle nuts.

4.4 Instalace pedálu

• Identify the Left (L) and Right (R) pedals.
• The Left pedal threads counter-clockwise, and the Right pedal threads clockwise.
• Apply a small amount of grease to the pedal threads and screw them into the crank arms. Tighten firmly with a spanner.

4.5 Nastavení sedlovky a sedla

• Vložte sedlovku do sedlové trubky rámu.
• Adjust the saddle height to a comfortable riding position where your feet can touch the ground when stopped.
• Secure the seat post with the quick-release lever or bolt.

5. Návod k obsluze

Seznamte se s ovládacími prvky a funkcemi vašeho URLElektrokolo IFE E20 před jízdou.

5.1 Zapnutí/vypnutí

• Chcete-li elektrokolo zapnout, stiskněte a několik sekund podržte tlačítko napájení na LCD displeji.
• Pro vypnutí znovu stiskněte a podržte tlačítko napájení.

5.2 Funkce LCD displeje

The integrated LCD display provides real-time information about your ride.

• Režim rychlosti: Zobrazuje aktuální rychlost.
• Indikátor baterie: Zobrazuje zbývající nabití baterie.
• Úroveň PAS: Indicates the current pedal-assist level.
• Číselný displej: Shows trip distance, odometer, or other metrics.

5.3 Jízdní režimy

The URLIFE E20 offers three riding modes:

• Čistě elektrický režim: Engages the motor via a throttle for propulsion without pedaling.
• Režim asistence pedálů (PAS): Provides motor assistance as you pedal. Adjust the assist level via the display controls.
• Sportovní režim: Combines pedal power with maximum motor assistance for enhanced performance.

5.4 Řazení rychlostních stupňů

The e-bike is equipped with a 7-speed gearing system for adapting to various terrains and riding conditions.

• Use the shifter on the handlebar to change gears.
• Pro stoupání do kopce řaďte na nižší převodové stupně a pro rovný terén nebo jízdu z kopce na vyšší převodové stupně.

5.5 Provoz světel

The e-bike features bright front and rear safety lights for improved visibility.

• Turn on the lights using the dedicated button on the handlebar or display control panel.
• Ensure lights are functional before riding in low-light conditions.

6. Baterie a nabíjení

The URLIFE E20 is equipped with a 48V 13AH lithium battery, offering a range of up to 80 miles.

6.1 Postup nabíjení

• Locate the charging port on the e-bike frame.
• Připojte nabíječku k nabíjecímu portu a poté ji zapojte do standardní zásuvky.
• The charging indicator on the charger will show the charging status.
• Charging typically takes 3-5 hours for a full charge. Disconnect the charger once complete.

6.2 Péče o baterii

• Před nabíjením se vyhněte úplnému vybití baterie.
• Store the e-bike and battery in a cool, dry place when not in use.
• Pokud baterii skladujete delší dobu, nabijte ji přibližně na 50–70 % a dobíjejte ji každé 1–2 měsíce.

7. Údržba

Pravidelná údržba zajistí dlouhou životnost a bezpečný provoz vašeho URLElektrokolo IFE E20.

7.1 Pravidelné kontroly

• pneumatiky: Check tire pressure before each ride. The 20" x 3" fat tires provide excellent traction across various terrains.
• brzdy: Ensure brake levers are firm and responsive. Adjust as needed.
• Řetěz: Keep the chain clean and lubricated for smooth gear changes.
• Spojovací materiál: Pravidelně kontrolujte utažení všech šroubů a matic, zejména na řídítkách, kolech a sedlovce.

7.2 Čištění

• Otřete rám reklamouamp hadříkem. Nepoužívejte vysokotlaké myčky přímo na elektrické součástky.
• Clean the drivetrain regularly to remove dirt and grime.
