This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your RAINPOINT 4-Zone Sprinkler Timer. Please read this manual thoroughly before use to ensure proper function and longevity of the device. This timer is designed to automate watering for up to four distinct zones in your garden or lawn.

• Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks. Use plumber's tape if necessary.
• Install the timer vertically to prevent water from entering the electronics.
• Use only 4 AA alkaline batteries (not included). Do not mix old and new batteries or different battery types.

• Protect the timer from freezing temperatures by removing it from the faucet and storing it indoors during winter.

3.1 Komponenty

• LCD displej: Shows current time, programming settings, and battery status.

4. Nastavení

4.1 Instalace baterie

1. Vyhledejte přihrádku na baterie na zadní straně časovače.
2. Posunutím otevřete kryt baterie.
3. Vložte 4 nové alkalické baterie typu AA a dbejte na správnou polaritu (+/-).
4. Kryt baterie bezpečně zavřete, aby byla zachována jeho vodotěsnost.

4.2 Montáž časovače

The timer should be installed vertically to ensure proper operation and prevent water from entering the electronic components. The product is approximately 2.2 pounds, and a metal rod is included for stable mounting.

1. Attach the timer's water inlet to your outdoor faucet. Hand-tighten only.
2. If your faucet is low to the ground, ensure there is enough space below the timer to connect the four output hoses.
3. Use the provided metal rod and screw to secure the timer to a stable surface (e.g., a wooden post or wall) to prevent it from falling due to weight or water pressure.

4.3 Připojení hadic

1. Connect your garden hoses to the four individual outlets at the bottom of the timer.
2. Ensure each hose is securely attached to prevent leaks.

5.1 Nastavení aktuálního času

1. Otočte voličem na NASTAVIT HODINY.
2. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the current time (12-hour or 24-hour format).
3. Stiskněte OK/MANUÁLNĚ potvrdit.

5.2 Programování zavlažovacích plánů (automatický režim)

Each of the four zones can be programmed independently. Only one zone valve can be open at a time. Setting repetitive working times for multiple zones simultaneously may cause issues.

1. Otočte voličem na ČAS STARTU. Use '+' and '-' to set the desired start time for watering. Press OK/MANUÁLNĚ potvrdit.
2. Otočte voličem na JAK DLOUHO. Use '+' and '-' to set the watering duration (from 1 minute to 3 hours 59 minutes). Press OK/MANUÁLNĚ potvrdit.
3. Otočte voličem na JAK ČASTO. Use '+' and '-' to set the watering frequency (every 1-12 hours, or every 1-7 days). Press OK/MANUÁLNĚ potvrdit.
4. To program another zone, press the ZÓNA button and repeat steps 1-3 for the next zone.
5. Once all desired zones are programmed, turn the dial to ON to activate the automatic watering schedule.

5.3 Funkce zpoždění deště

The rain delay function allows you to pause your watering schedule for a set period to avoid overwatering during rainy weather.

1. Ujistěte se, že je volič nastaven na ON.
2. Stiskněte tlačítko ZPOŽDĚNÍ tlačítko.
3. Use the '+' or '-' buttons to select a delay period of 24, 48, or 72 hours.
4. Stiskněte OK/MANUÁLNĚ to confirm the rain delay. The timer will resume its schedule after the selected delay period.

5.4 Ruční zavlažování

Manual watering allows you to water immediately without interrupting your programmed schedule.

1. Ujistěte se, že je volič nastaven na ON.
2. Stiskněte a podržte OK/MANUÁLNĚ tlačítko.
3. Use the '+' or '-' buttons to set the desired manual watering duration (from 1 minute to 8 hours).
4. Stiskněte tlačítko ZÓNA button to select which zone(s) to water manually.
5. Stiskněte OK/MANUÁLNĚ pro spuštění ručního zavlažování. Časovač se po uplynutí nastavené doby automaticky zastaví.

6. Údržba

6.1 Výměna baterie

When the low power indicator flashes on the display, it is time to replace the batteries. Follow the steps in Section 4.1. Prompt battery replacement prevents the valves from closing unexpectedly and interrupting watering schedules.

6.2 Čištění

Periodically check the water inlet filter for debris. Remove and rinse the filter under running water if it appears clogged. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents on the timer.

6.3 Zazimování

Before the first frost, remove the timer from the faucet. Drain any remaining water from the unit and store it in a dry, frost-free location indoors. Remove batteries if storing for extended periods.

  • Check the rubber washer in the water inlet. If it is loose, damaged, or missing, adjust or replace it.
  • Apply plumber's tape to threads if leaks persist.
• Incorrect watering times:
  • Verify the current time setting (Section 5.1).
  • Review your programmed watering schedules for each zone (Section 5.2).
  • Ensure only one zone valve is scheduled to open at a time.
• Displej nefunguje:
