This ice maker is designed for both home and commercial use, capable of producing up to 100 pounds of ice per 24 hours, with 45 ice cubes per cycle in 8-20 minutes. It features adjustable ice thickness, dual water inlet options, and an automatic self-cleaning function.

4. Nastavení a instalace

Vybalení a umístění

1. Opatrně vyjměte výrobník ledu z obalu.
2. Inspect the unit for any shipping damage. Contact your retailer immediately if damage is found.
3. Place the ice maker on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit (at least 5 inches of space on all sides).
4. Před zapojením nechte jednotku alespoň 24 hodiny stát ve svislé poloze. To umožní usadit chladivo.

Připojení vody

The ice maker supports two water inlet methods: bottled water (jug) or direct tap water connection.

Option 1: Bottled Water (Jug) Connection

1. Locate the 'Self-Priming Water Inlet' on the back of the unit.
2. Insert the smaller end of the water inlet hose into this port.
3. Place the larger end of the hose into a standard 5-gallon water jug.

Option 2: Tap Water Connection

1. Locate the 'Tap Water Inlet' on the back of the unit.
2. Connect the provided water inlet hose to this port.
3. Connect the other end of the hose to a potable water tap using the provided connect kit. Ensure all connections are secure to prevent leaks.

Odtokové připojení

Connect the drainage pipe to the drain outlet on the unit and direct it to a suitable drain or container. This is crucial for the self-cleaning function and to manage melted ice water.

5. Provoz

Počáteční spuštění

1. After ensuring the unit has been upright for 24 hours and water connections are secure, plug the ice maker into a grounded electrical outlet.
2. Press the Power button to turn on the unit. The machine will begin its initial water filling and preparation cycle.

Proces výroby ledu

The ice maker will automatically start producing ice. Each cycle produces 45 ice cubes. The first few cycles may produce smaller or irregularly shaped ice cubes; this is normal. Discard the first few batches of ice.

Nastavení tloušťky ledu

The ice maker allows you to adjust the thickness of the ice cubes. This is achieved by modifying the ice-making time.

1. On the control panel, locate the Up/Down arrow buttons.
2. Press and hold the Up or Down button for 3 seconds to enter the ice-making time adjustment mode.
3. Adjust the time between 5 and 23 minutes. Longer times result in thicker ice cubes (e.g., 11 mins for Small, 15 mins for Medium, 20 mins for Large).

Reservation Function (Smart Timer)

The reservation function allows you to set a delayed start time for ice production.

1. Press the 'Reservation' button on the control panel.
2. Use the Up/Down arrow buttons to set the desired delay time.
3. The machine will automatically start ice production after the set delay.

6. Údržba a čištění

Pravidelné čištění a údržba jsou nezbytné pro dlouhou životnost a hygienický provoz vašeho výrobníku ledu.

Funkce automatického samočištění

1. Ensure the drainage pipe is properly connected and directed to a drain.
2. Press the 'Clean' button on the control panel.
3. The machine will automatically perform a cleaning cycle, flushing water through its internal components.
4. Once the cycle is complete, ensure all water has drained from the reservoir.

Ruční čištění

For thorough cleaning, especially if the machine has not been used for an extended period:

1. Odpojte výrobník ledu ze zásuvky.
2. Remove any remaining ice from the ice bin.
3. Drain all water from the reservoir by opening the plug in front of the reservoir and ensuring the drainage pipe is directed to a suitable container.
4. Clean the interior surfaces, including the ice bin and water reservoir, with a soft cloth dampened with a mild detergent solution. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
