4.1 Creating a Custom Bag from a Roll:

1. Pull the bag material from the roll to the desired length.
2. Use the dual-direction sliding cutter to cut the bag.
3. Place one end of the cut bag onto the heating bar.
4. Close the lid and press the "Manual Seal" button to seal one end, creating a bag.

4.2 Vacuum Sealing Food:

1. Place the food into the vacuum sealer bag, leaving at least 2-3 inches of space between the food and the open end of the bag.
2. Insert the bag's open end into the vacuum chamber, ensuring it lies flat and smooth. The thoughtful bag clip helps keep the bag in place.
3. Close the lid by pulling down the easy-lock handle until it clicks into place.
4. Select the appropriate mode based on your food type:
   • Schnout: For solid foods with no moisture.
   • Vlhký: For foods with some moisture.
   • Damp: For foods with higher moisture content.

5. Choose pressure setting: "Gentle" for delicate items or "Standard" for most foods.

4.3 Pulse Vacuum Mode:

Use "Pulse Vacuum" for delicate foods that could be crushed by full vacuum pressure. Press and hold the "Pulse Vacuum" button to vacuum, and release when the desired vacuum level is reached. Then press "Manual Seal" to seal the bag.

4.4 External Vacuum System:

For vacuum sealing canisters or other compatible containers:

1. Insert the smaller end of the vacuum hose into the accessory port on the vacuum sealer.
2. Connect the other end of the hose to the canister's vacuum port and press it firmly.
3. Select the "Canister" mode on the control panel and press "Enter" to start the process.
