Nastavení

Před prvním použitím proveďte následující kroky:

1. Vybalte všechny součásti a odstraňte veškerý balicí materiál.
2. Wash the removable roasting pan, lift-out rack, buffet server compartments, and lid in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
3. Wipe the exterior of the roaster base with a damp tkanina. Neponořujte základnu do vody.
4. Place the roaster on a stable, heat-resistant, and level surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for proper ventilation.
5. Insert the clean, dry removable roasting pan into the roaster base.
6. For the initial use, operate the empty roaster at 450°F for approximately 30 minutes to burn off any manufacturing oils. A slight odor or smoke may be present; this is normal. Allow the unit to cool completely before proceeding.

1. Prepare your food and place it in the removable roasting pan. If using the lift-out rack, place it in the pan first, then position the food on the rack.
2. Insert the roasting pan (with food) into the roaster base.
3. Cover the roaster with the self-basting lid.

5. Turn the temperature control knob to the desired setting (150°F to 450°F, Defrost, or Keep Warm). The indicator light will illuminate, signaling that the unit is heating.

7. When cooking is complete, turn the temperature control knob to the "OFF" position and unplug the unit from the wall outlet.

Using the Buffet Server

The included buffet server allows you to prepare and serve multiple dishes simultaneously:

1. Place the removable roasting pan into the roaster base.
2. Insert the 3-compartment buffet server into the roasting pan.
3. Add your prepared food items to each compartment.
4. Cover with the self-basting lid and set the temperature to "Keep Warm" or a low roasting temperature as required by your dishes.
