Step 1: Assemble Roller Tubes

Connect the roller tube sections (A-1, A-2, A-3) using the provided connectors and screws (A-A-1). Ensure all connections are secure.

Step 2: Assemble Front Bars

Connect the front bar sections (C-1, C-2, C-3) using the internal connectors (U) and secure with screws (A-A-1).

Step 3: Connect Torsion Bars and Arms

Attach the torsion bars (B-1, B-2, B-3) to the left (L-1) and right (L-2) arms. Pay close attention to the specified insertion distances (e.g., 15.74" for L-1 and B-1, 14.17" for L-2 and B-3) to ensure correct arm tension and operation. Secure all connections with screws (A-A-1).

Step 4: Fabric Assembly

Slide the awning fabric (M) and front valance (O) into their respective channels on the roller and front bars. Note that the fabric has a front and back side; the back side has a hem and should face downwards. Two adults are required for this step.

Step 5: Roller Support Assembly

Install the roller support components (D, D-3, P, N-2) onto the roller tube. Ensure all parts are correctly oriented and secured.

Carefully lift the assembled awning and attach it to the installed wall brackets. Insert the hex screws (F) and plastic washers, but do not fully tighten the screw nuts initially. Leave about 0.5" space in between. Once the awning is in place, fully tighten all screws to secure it.
