4. Nastavení

5.1. Adjusting Slicing Thickness

5.2. Krájení potravin

1. Place the food item firmly onto the food carriage. Use the food pusher to secure it against the guide plate.
2. Ensure your hands are clear of the blade area.
3. To turn on the slicer, press both the safety lock button and the power switch simultaneously.
4. Gently push the food carriage forward and backward, allowing the blade to slice the food. Apply even pressure with the food pusher.
5. Once slicing is complete, release the power switch to turn off the slicer. Unplug the appliance before removing sliced food or cleaning.

5.3. Tips for Slicing Different Foods

• Maso: For best results with fresh meat, partially freeze it for 1-3 hours before slicing. Partially frozen meat has the ideal consistency for uniform slices. For frozen meat, thaw for 20-30 minutes before slicing. Do not slice completely frozen meat with bones.
• Chléb: Use the serrated blade for bread. Allow freshly baked bread to cool completely before slicing.
• Sýr: For softer cheeses, chill them thoroughly before slicing to prevent sticking. Use the smooth blade.
• Ovoce a zelenina: Ensure items are clean and firm. Use the smooth blade.

Guidance on preparing fresh meat (partially freezing for 1-3 hours) and frozen meat (thawing for 20-30 minutes) for optimal slicing results. A warning against slicing completely frozen meat with bones is also included.

Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and hygiene of your slicer. Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
