4. Nastavení

4.1. Montáž nabíječky

Use the provided mounting templates and wall-mounted brackets to securely attach the charger and its holster to a suitable surface. Ensure the mounting location is within reach of your NEMA 14-50 outlet and your vehicle's charging port.

4.2. Elektrické připojení

The EVIPOWER-1 comes with a 37-inch input cable and a NEMA 14-50 plug for easy plug-in installation. Connect the charger to a dedicated 240V NEMA 14-50 outlet. For hardwired installations or specific amperage requirements, consult a qualified electrician.

4.3. Amperage Adjustment (Internal Dip Switch)

The EVIQO EVIPOWER-1 charger features an internal rotary dip switch to set the maximum charging current. This is a physical setting that requires opening the unit. By default, the switch is set to 40 Amps. If your circuit breaker is rated for 40 Amps, you should adjust the charger to 32 Amps (80% of the circuit breaker rating). For hardwired installations on a 60 Amp circuit, the charger can be set to 48 Amps.

To adjust the dip switch:

4.4. Nastavení aplikace a připojení k Wi-Fi

Download the EVIQO mobile application from your device's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your charger to your home Wi-Fi network and complete the initial setup. The app allows for remote control and monitoring of charging sessions.

5.1. Connecting to Your Electric Vehicle

The EVIQO EVIPOWER-1 is equipped with a heavy-duty rubberized SAE J1772 connector, compatible with most EVs and PHEVs in North America. For Tesla models, a J1772 to NACS adapter (not included) is required.

• Plug & Charge: Simply plug in the connector, and charging will start based on the default settings or the last active schedule.
