6.1. Selecting Molds

  • Thin Noodles / Idiyappam: For delicate, fine strands.
  • Spaghetti Noodles: Classic round spaghetti.
  • Lamian Noodles: Wider, flat noodles.
  • Plate Noodles: Broad, flat pasta sheets.
  • Thicker / Wide Noodles: Robust, thicker noodle strands.
  • Special Noodles: Unique shape for various dishes.

6.2. Making Pasta/Noodles

  1. After assembly and dough loading (as per Section 5), place a bowl or plate beneath the noodle mold.
  2. Stiskněte tlačítko VPŘED button on the control panel. The pushing rod will begin to extrude the dough through the selected mold.
  3. Once the desired length of pasta/noodles is extruded, press the CEASE button to stop the extrusion.
  4. Use the spatula to cut the noodles to your preferred length.
  5. To retract the pushing rod for cleaning or reloading, press the USTOUPIT tlačítko.
