• Leg and Thigh Massage: Place the massager under your thighs or calves to alleviate muscle soreness and improve circulation in your legs.
• Office and Car Use: The massager can be used in an office chair or a car seat (car adapter not included). Use the integrated strap to secure it to the chair.
