This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation of your UMJIGF 300W Automatic Horizontal Band Sealer. Please read this manual thoroughly before initial use to ensure proper setup, operation, and maintenance. Retain this manual for future reference.
2. Důležité bezpečnostní pokyny

- Nastavení teploty: When adjusting from high to low temperature, allow sufficient time for the machine to cool down patiently.

- Horké povrchy: Be aware that residual heat may be present in the sealing area. Do not touch it with bare hands immediately after operation.

5. Nastavení
- Rozbalení: Opatrně vyjměte všechny součásti z obalu.
- Umístění: Place the sealer on a stable, flat, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure adequate ventilation around the machine.
- Připojení napájení: Connect the power cord to the machine and then to a suitable power outlet. Ensure the power switch is in the OFF position before plugging in.
- Adjusting Baffle and Pallet: The machine supports adjustment of the baffle and pallet position to suit your specific sealing needs. Refer to the diagram for guidance.

6. Návod k obsluze
6.1 Ovládací panel Overview

- Provozní indikátor: This light is ON when the machine is in the start-up state.
- TEMP Indicator: This light flashes when the temperature is being adjusted. It becomes constant when the actual heat sealing temperature reaches the set value.
- Start & Stop Button: Press to start or stop the sealing process.
- Tlačítko TEMP: Press this button, and the number shown on the display represents the current temperature setting.
- Tlačítko SPEED: Press this button, and the number shown on the display represents the current sealing speed setting.
- Adjusting Knob: Turn this knob to adjust both the temperature and sealing speed after selecting the respective mode (TEMP or SPEED).
6.2 Proces utěsnění
- Zapnutí: Turn on the main power switch. The Operation Indicator light will illuminate.
- Nastavit teplotu: Press the TEMP button and use the Adjusting Knob to set the desired sealing temperature (50-200℃). Wait for the TEMP indicator light to become constant, indicating the set temperature has been reached.
- Nastavit rychlost: Press the SPEED button and use the Adjusting Knob to set the desired sealing speed (up to 6m/min).
- Začátek těsnění: Press the Start button. The conveyor belt will begin to move.
- Feed Bag: Carefully feed the open end of the bag into the heating zone, ensuring it is as horizontal as possible. The machine will automatically pull the bag through for sealing.
- Date Printing (Optional): If date printing is required, ensure the type wheel is correctly set up before starting the sealing process.
- Retrieve Sealed Bag: Once the bag exits the sealing area, carefully remove it. Be cautious of residual heat.
- Zastavit provoz: To stop the machine, press the Stop button.

7. Údržba
