4. Montáž

Your TOOLCY Gas Pressure Washer comes mostly pre-assembled for quick setup. Follow these steps to complete the assembly:

1. Připevněte rukojeť: Slide the upper handle assembly onto the main unit's frame until it clicks into place. No bolts or tools are required for this step.
2. Install Hose Hook: Attach the hose hook to the designated slots on the handle panel.
3. Připojení vysokotlaké hadice: Connect one end of the 35-foot high-pressure hose to the pump outlet on the pressure washer unit and the other end to the spray gun. Ensure connections are hand-tightened securely.

5. Počáteční nastavení

1. Přidejte motorový olej: Using the provided oil funnel, add 10W-30 engine oil to the engine crankcase. Do NOT overfill. The unit is shipped without engine oil to prevent leaks during transit.
2. Přidat palivo: Fill the fuel tank with fresh, unleaded gasoline.
3. Připojte přívod vody: Connect a standard garden hose to the water inlet on the pressure washer pump. Ensure the garden hose is free of kinks and has a minimum diameter of 5/8 inch.
4. Zapněte přívod vody: Fully open the water faucet to ensure a steady flow of water to the pressure washer.
5. Odvzdušnění systému: Squeeze the trigger on the spray gun to purge air from the pump and hose. Continue until a steady stream of water flows from the nozzle.

6. Návod k obsluze

1. Spusťte motor:
   • Otočte spínač motoru do polohy „ON“.
   • Move the throttle lever to the 'LEFT' position.
   • Turn the fuel shut-off valve to the 'RIGHT' position.

   • Once the engine starts, turn the choke lever to the 'RIGHT' position.
2. Vyberte trysku: Choose the appropriate quick-connect nozzle tip for your cleaning task. The 0° (red) nozzle provides a concentrated stream for tough stains, while the 40° (white) nozzle offers a wider spray for general cleaning. The black nozzle is for soap application.
3. Aplikace čisticího prostředku (volitelné): If using detergent, fill the 0.88-gallon onboard soap tank with pressure washer-safe detergent. Attach the black soap nozzle. The pressure washer will automatically mix the detergent with water at low pressure.
4. Zahájení čištění: Hold the spray gun firmly with both hands and maintain a safe distance from the surface being cleaned. Start spraying from a distance and move closer as needed, ensuring not to damage the surface.
5. Stop the Engine: To stop the engine, turn the engine switch to the 'OFF' position. Turn off the water supply and squeeze the spray gun trigger to release any remaining pressure.

7.1 Údržba motoru

• Zkontrolujte hladinu oleje: Check the engine oil level before each use. The built-in Smart Oil Sensor protects the engine from low oil levels.
• Výměna oleje: Change the engine oil after the first 5 hours of use, then every 50 hours or annually.
• Vzduchový filtr: Pravidelně čistěte nebo vyměňujte vzduchový filtr, zejména v prašném prostředí.
• Zapalovací svíčka: Zapalovací svíčku každoročně kontrolujte a čistěte. V případě potřeby ji vyměňte.

7.2 Údržba čerpadla

• Zima: In freezing temperatures, use a pump protector or antifreeze to prevent damage to the pump.
