- Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 600 Lbs (270 KG). The standard load capacity is 480 Lbs (80%).

- If your power source is 12V, a 12V to 24V DC step-up converter (purchased separately) is required.
- To ensure motor longevity, avoid prolonged operation at full load, as continuous lifting and lowering may cause overheating and damage.
- Ensure all electrical connections are secure and correctly wired according to the instructions.

5. Instalace a nastavení
5.1 Pre-wiring and Connections
The DIHOOL Electric Lifting Platform is pre-wired to minimize installation errors. Follow the diagram below for connecting the components.
For a Single Lifting Column (IPS-S2 Controller):
- Connect the power adapter to the IPS-S2 DC Motor Controller.
- Connect the lifting column motor cable to the designated motor port on the IPS-S2 controller.
- Connect the wired handset controller to the appropriate port on the IPS-S2 controller.
- Ensure all connections are firm before applying power.
5.2 Mounting the Lifting Platform
The lifting platform features mounting plates at the top and bottom for secure attachment to your desired surface (e.g., a table top or base).
- Use appropriate fasteners (not included) for your specific application.
- Ensure the mounting surface can support the weight of the platform plus the maximum intended load.
- Verify the platform is level after mounting to ensure smooth operation.

6.1 Možnosti ovládání
The DIHOOL Electric Lifting Platform offers multiple control methods:
- IPS-S2 Controller Buttons: Use the B1 (UP) and B2 (DOWN) buttons directly on the controller.
- Wired Handset: Connect the wired handset for convenient control, with a cable length up to 2.5m.
- eWelink APP: Download the eWelink APP from your device's app store for smartphone control.
- Bezdrátové dálkové ovládání: Use the provided wireless remote for convenient operation.
6.2 Základní obsluha
- Zapnutí: Connect the power adapter to a suitable power source. The IPS-S2 controller display will illuminate.
- Nastavení výšky:
- Press and hold the "UP" button (B1 on controller, or corresponding button on handset/remote) to raise the platform.
- Press and hold the "DOWN" button (B2 on controller, or corresponding button on handset/remote) to lower the platform.
- Release the button to stop the platform at any desired height. The self-locking function will maintain its position.

To enter the function code settings, press the K1 button for 3 seconds. Use K1 to cycle through codes and K2/K3 to adjust values. The limited current value should be adjusted based on actual operating conditions. For initial use, the current may be higher (e.g., 5.5-6A); you can reduce the load or adjust the setting after several uses. Setting the current limit too low can cause the motor to stop if overloaded or stuck.
6.4 Programmable Operation
The platform can be programmed for automatic operation when used with a photoelectric switch (purchased separately). It can also be controlled by external buttons or relays.

- Motor Longevity: To ensure the service life of the motor, avoid continuous operation at full load for extended periods. Prolonged lifting and lowering may cause the motor to heat up, potentially leading to damage. Allow the motor to cool down between heavy use cycles.
- Inspekce: Periodically check all cables and connections for signs of wear or damage. Ensure mounting bolts are secure.
8. Řešení problémů
8.1 Platform Stops Unexpectedly
- Obstrukce: The system is designed to stop if an obstruction is detected. Check for any objects impeding the platform's movement and remove them.
- Přetížení: If the load exceeds the maximum capacity or the set current limit, the platform may stop. Reduce the load and try again. Refer to the controller description for adjusting current limits if necessary.
- Přehřívání: Prolonged heavy use can cause the motor to overheat. Allow the unit to cool down for at least 30 minutes before attempting further operation.
- Napájení: Ensure the power adapter is securely connected and receiving adequate power.
8.2 Platform Does Not Respond to Controls
- Kontrola napájení: Verify the unit is powered on and the controller display is active.
