5. Nastavení

5.1 Napájení zařízení

The load tester requires an external 12V power supply for operation. Connect the provided DC power adapter to the DC input port on the back of the unit. Alternatively, a USB-C power source can be used with the appropriate adapter board.

The device supports both simplified two-wire and precise four-wire connection methods for the load. The four-wire system provides higher accuracy by separating the voltage sensing wires from the current carrying wires, thus compensating for voltage drops across the test leads.

  • Two-Wire Method: Connect the positive and negative terminals of the power source to the A+ and A- terminals on the load tester. This method is simpler but may have slight voltage measurement inaccuracies due to lead resistance.
  • Four-Wire Method: Connect the positive and negative terminals of the power source to the A+ and A- terminals (current paths). Additionally, connect separate voltage sensing wires from the power source to the V+ and V- terminals. This method ensures the most accurate voltage čtení.

5.3 Initial Language Setting

6.2 Provozní režimy

The load tester supports the following primary operating modes:

  • Constant Resistance (CR): Maintains a constant resistance across the load.

Select the desired mode from the menu and set the target parameters (e.g., current for CC mode, voltage for CV mode). The device will automatically adjust the load to maintain the set value.

6.3 Battery Capacity Testing (Constant Current Mode Example)

To test battery capacity:

7. Údržba
