Nastavení

1. Systémové požadavky

Ensure your computer meets the following minimum system requirements:

• Operační systém: Windows 7, 8, 10, 11, or macOS 10.12 or later.
• Konektivita: Dostupný USB port.

2. Instalace ovladačů a softwaru

3. Hardwarové připojení

1. Place the VIISAN S21 scanner on a stable, flat surface.
2. Připojte kabel USB ze skeneru k volnému portu USB v počítači.
3. Place the scan pad on the desk directly under the scanner's camera lens.

1. Skenování dokumentů

The VIISAN S21 is capable of scanning various document types and sizes, up to A2 (16.54" x 23.39") and A3 (11.69" x 16.53").

• Umístění: Place the document or object flat on the scan pad, ensuring it is within the camera's view.
• Nastavitelná výška: The scanner features an adjustable height with a 90-degree foldable hinge to accommodate different document sizes.
• Rychlé skenování: Scans at ultra-fast speeds of under 1.5 seconds per page.

2. Pokročilé funkce skenování

• Flattening Curve Technology: Automatically corrects curved pages, removes finger images, cleans backgrounds, repairs damaged edges, and splits scanned images into two pages if needed.

• Page-Turning Detection: For books, the scanner can automatically initiate scans when a page is turned, allowing for seamless and continuous scanning without disassembling the book.

• Powerful OCR Recognition: The built-in Optical Character Recognition (OCR) function converts scanned images into searchable PDFs and editable Word, Excel, and text formats. It supports over 130 languages.

• Remote Collaboration Ready: The S21 is UVC/UAC compliant, enabling seamless content projection using third-party video conferencing software (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Skype). It functions as both a document camera for remote teaching/learning and a scanner for digitizing papers.
• Scan Multiple Images Simultaneously: The software allows scanning several documents at once, automatically cropping them, correcting alignment, and saving them as separate files.

3. Built-in 3-Level LED Light Control

The scanner features a built-in high-brightness LED lamp with three adjustable levels. This provides optimal lighting for scanning and reading, especially in low-light conditions. Adjust the brightness using the touch control on the scanner arm.

Poznámka: Using the built-in LEDs in bright environments or with highly reflective papers is not recommended as it may cause glare.

Údržba

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your VIISAN S21 Document Scanner, follow these maintenance guidelines:

• Čištění: Regularly wipe the scanner's exterior and the camera lens with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
• Skladování: Pokud skener nepoužíváte, skladujte jej v čistém a suchém prostředí mimo dosah přímého slunečního záření a extrémních teplot.
• Zacházení: Se skenerem zacházejte opatrně. Nevystavujte jej pádu ani silným nárazům.
