Nastavení a montáž

1. Nabíjení a instalace baterie

1. Nabijte baterie: Before first use, fully charge both 20V Li-ion batteries using the provided charger. Connect the charger to a power outlet and insert the battery. The indicator light on the charger will show the charging status.
2. Nainstalujte baterii: Align the battery with the base of the impact wrench. Slide the battery into place until it clicks securely. Ensure it is firmly seated to prevent accidental detachment during operation.

2. Připojení zásuvek

1. Vyberte správnou zásuvku: Choose the appropriate square drive impact socket for your application.
2. Attach to Anvil: Push the socket firmly onto the square drive anvil of the impact wrench until it locks into place. Ensure the socket is fully engaged and secure before operation.

1. Zapnutí/vypnutí a regulace rychlosti

• Zapnutí: Squeeze the trigger switch. The tool will start operating.
• Vypnutí: Uvolněte spouštěcí spínač.
• Variabilní rychlost: The tool features a variable speed trigger. Pressing the trigger further increases the rotational speed and impact frequency.

2. Otáčení vpřed/vzad

A forward/reverse selector switch is located above the trigger. Push the switch to the left for forward rotation (tightening) and to the right for reverse rotation (loosening). Ensure the tool has come to a complete stop before changing the direction of rotation.

3. Application Use

The TOTAL Impact Wrench is ideal for automotive repairs, construction, and other heavy-duty fastening tasks. Its 850 Nm torque output is suitable for stubborn bolts. Always ensure the workpiece is stable and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses and gloves.

Údržba

• Čištění: Regularly clean the tool's ventilation openings to prevent dust and debris buildup. Use a soft, dry cloth. Do not use water or chemical cleaners.
• Péče o baterie: Store batteries in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not expose batteries to extreme temperatures. Charge batteries fully before long-term storage and recharge every 3-6 months to maintain battery health.
• Skladování: When not in use, store the impact wrench and its accessories in the provided carrying case in a dry, secure location, out of reach of children.
