4. Nastavení

4.1 Montáž kamery a solárního panelu

Vyberte umístění s ample sunlight exposure for the solar panel and a clear view for the camera. Ensure the mounting surface is stable and secure.

1. Upevněte montážní držák na požadované místo pomocí dodaných šroubů.
2. Připevněte kamerovou jednotku k montážnímu držáku.
3. Adjust the angle of the solar panel to maximize sunlight absorption.
4. Připojte kabel solárního panelu k nabíjecímu portu kamery.

4.2 Stažení aplikace a párování zařízení

1. Download the 'Okam Pro' app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
2. Zaregistrujte si nový účet nebo se přihlaste, pokud již nějaký máte.
3. Power on the camera. The camera will enter pairing mode (indicated by a specific LED status, refer to camera's LED indicator guide).
4. In the app, tap 'Add Device' and follow the on-screen instructions to connect the camera to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Poznámka: 5GHz Wi-Fi není podporováno.
5. Once connected, you can name your device and begin live viewIng.

5. Ovládání fotoaparátu

5.1 Živě View a přehrávání

Přístup k živému footage from both lenses via the 'Okam Pro' app. You can switch between views or see a combined dual-screen display. Recorded footage can be accessed from the cloud storage or an inserted SD card (up to 256GB).

5.2 Obousměrný zvuk

Utilize the built-in microphone and speaker for real-time two-way communication. Tap the intercom icon in the app to speak through the camera.

5.3 Detekce pohybu a upozornění

The camera features a high-sensitivity PIR sensor for accurate motion detection. When motion is detected, the camera can send instant alerts to your smartphone. You can adjust the sensitivity levels (high, medium, low) in the app settings to minimize false positives from environmental factors.

5.4 Ovládání otáčení/naklánění/zoomu (PTZ)

The lower lens offers flexible pan and tilt capabilities, allowing you to remotely adjust the viewing angle. The camera supports 3550 horizontal pan and 900 vertical tilt, providing extensive coverage.

5.5 Noční vidění

The camera provides clear night vision up to 50 feet. It features color night vision, enhanced by an integrated spotlight, ensuring full-color images even in low-light conditions.

6. Údržba

To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your COOHILIGH security camera, follow these maintenance guidelines:

• Čištění: Periodically clean the camera lenses and the solar panel surface with a soft, damp hadříkem odstraňte prach, nečistoty nebo úlomky, které by mohly bránit ve výhledu nebo snižovat účinnost nabíjení.
• Solární nabíjení: Ensure the solar panel remains unobstructed by leaves, snow, or other objects to guarantee continuous power supply.
• Aktualizace firmwaru: Check the 'Okam Pro' app regularly for available firmware updates. Keeping the firmware updated ensures the camera has the latest features and security enhancements.

7. Řešení problémů

• Kamera se nezapíná: Ensure the solar panel is receiving adequate sunlight or charge the camera directly using the USB cable. Check the battery level in the app.
• Nelze se připojit k Wi-Fi: Verify that your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. Ensure the camera is within range of your router. Restart both the camera and your router.
• Časté falešné poplachy: Adjust the motion detection sensitivity settings in the 'Okam Pro' app to a lower level. Ensure the camera's view is clear of moving branches or reflective surfaces.
• Špatná kvalita obrazu: Clean the camera lenses. Ensure there is no obstruction in the camera's field of view. Check your Wi-Fi signal strength.
• Problémy s obousměrným zvukem: Ensure the microphone and speaker permissions are enabled for the 'Okam Pro' app on your smartphone. Check the volume settings on both the app and your phone.
