1. Pre-Installation Clearance Check
Before installation, verify that there is sufficient space between your motherboard's 24-pin connector and the PC case routing hole. Ensure 8-10 mm of clearance around the motherboard 24-pin ATX connector to avoid interference with adapter installation or blocking access to nearby ports. Check your motherboard layout before proceeding.
2. Connecting the Adapter to the Motherboard
- Align the EZDIY-FAB 24-pin adapter with the 24-pin ATX power connector on your motherboard.
- Gently but firmly press the adapter into the motherboard connector until it is fully seated. There should be no visible gap between the adapter and the motherboard connector.
- Ensure the latch/buckle on the motherboard side is properly engaged.
3. Connecting the PSU Cable to the Adapter
- Take your power supply unit's (PSU) 24-pin ATX cable.
- Align the PSU cable with the input port on the EZDIY-FAB 24-pin adapter.
- Push the PSU cable into the adapter until it clicks into place. Ensure the latch/buckle on the cable side is properly engaged.
4. ARGB Connection
- Locate the 5V 3-pin ARGB cable extending from the EZDIY-FAB adapter.
- Connect this cable to an available 5V 3-pin ARGB header on your motherboard or a compatible ARGB controller.
- Ensure the connection is made with the correct orientation to prevent damage. Do not connect to a 12V RGB header.
Operace
Once installed and connected, the infinity mirror ARGB lighting will illuminate. To control the lighting effects:
- If connected to a motherboard ARGB header, use your motherboard's dedicated ARGB software (e.g., ASUS Aura Sync, GIGABYTE RGB Fusion, MSI Mystic Light Sync, ASRock Polychrome Sync) to customize lighting patterns, colors, and synchronization with other ARGB components.
- If connected to an external ARGB controller, refer to the controller's manual for specific lighting control instructions.

- Periodically check for dust accumulation on the adapter and gently clean with compressed air or a soft, dry cloth.
