Nastavení

1. Nabíjení sluchátek a pouzdra

Before first use, fully charge the headphones and the charging case. The charging case features an LED digital display to show the remaining battery percentage.

• Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the charging box and a power source.

• A full charge provides approximately 4 hours of playback for the earphones, with the charging case extending total playtime to 36 hours.

2. Párování s vaším zařízením

1. Otevřete nabíjecí pouzdro. Sluchátka se automaticky přepnou do režimu párování.
2. Na svém zařízení (chytrý telefon, tablet, notebook) povolte Bluetooth.
3. Hledat "X18" in the list of available Bluetooth devices.
4. Select "X18" to connect. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone.
5. The headphones use Bluetooth 5.3 for a stable connection up to 10 meters.

3. Nošení sluchátek

The Eigsupia X18 features an open-ear design for comfort and situational awareness. Each earbud weighs only 8g.

1. Vyjměte sluchátka z nabíjecího pouzdra.
2. Place the ear hook over your ear, ensuring the sound openings line up directly with your ear canals.
3. Rotate the earbud backward along the auricle to achieve a secure and comfortable fit.

Údržba

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Eigsupia X18 headphones, please follow these maintenance guidelines:

• Čištění: K čištění sluchátek a nabíjecího pouzdra používejte měkký, suchý hadřík. Nepoužívejte agresivní chemikálie ani abrazivní materiály.
• Voděodolnost: The headphones are IP54 waterproof, meaning they are protected from limited dust ingress and water spray from any direction. Do not submerge them in water. Dry thoroughly if exposed to sweat or rain.
• Skladování: Store the headphones in their charging case when not in use to protect them and keep them charged. Store in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures.
• Nabíjení: Use only the provided charging cable or a certified USB-C cable. Do not use wall chargers over 5V, 1A.

Odstraňování problémů

If you encounter any issues with your Eigsupia X18 headphones, please refer to the following common solutions:

  • Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close it, then open it again to reset the connection.
