1. Assembling the M.2 Protective Enclosure

  1. Slide the button on the M.2 protective enclosure to the left and gently push the SSD tray out from the bottom.
  2. Attach the cooling accessory (cooling vest and silicone thermal pad) onto your M.2 SSD. Secure it with the fixed knob for proper heat dissipation.
  3. Insert your M.2 SSD into the tray, ensuring correct orientation.
  4. Push the SSD tray back into the aluminum enclosure until it clicks into place.

2. Připojení dokovací stanice

  1. Insert your 2.5" or 3.5" SATA HDD/SSD into the SATA slot on the docking station.
  2. Insert the assembled M.2 protective enclosure with your M.2 NVMe SSD into the M.2 slot on the docking station.
  3. Connect the power adapter to the 12V/3A power port on the back of the docking station and plug it into a power outlet.
  4. Connect the 2-in-1 USB-C data cable from the docking station's USB 3.2 Type-C port to your computer or compatible device.
  5. Press the ON/OFF switch on the front of the docking station to power it on. The LED indicators will light up.

Data Access Mode

Once connected to your computer and powered on, the inserted SATA and M.2 NVMe drives will be recognized as external storage devices. You can access, read, and write data to them directly through your operating system's file badatel.

Funkce klonování offline

The docking station supports offline cloning, allowing you to duplicate data from one drive to another without a computer connection. Ensure the target disk has equal or greater capacity than the source disk.

  1. Ensure the docking station is powered off and disconnected from your computer.
  2. Vložte source disk (the disk you want to copy from) into its designated slot (SATA or M.2).
  3. Vložte target disk (the disk you want to copy to) into its designated slot (SATA or M.2).
  4. Použijte Cloning Direction Switch on the back of the device to select the cloning direction (e.g., SATA to NVMe or NVMe to SATA).
  5. Stiskněte a podržte CLONE START Button for approximately 3-5 seconds until the cloning progress LEDs begin to flash.
  6. The cloning process will begin. The progress LEDs (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%) will illuminate sequentially to indicate completion status.
  7. Once all LEDs are solid, the cloning process is complete. Power off the device and safely remove the drives.

Important: Verify the source and target disks before initiating the copy process. Data on the target disk will be overwritten.

Údržba

  • Udržujte dokovací stanici čistou a bez prachu. K čištění používejte měkký, suchý hadřík.
  • Nevystavujte zařízení extrémním teplotám, vlhkosti nebo přímému slunečnímu záření.
  • Během provozu zajistěte dostatečné větrání v okolí zařízení.
  • When not in use, store the docking station in a cool, dry place.
  • Always safely eject drives from your computer before physically removing them from the docking station to prevent data corruption.

Odstraňování problémů

  • Ensure the power adapter is securely connected and the device is powered on.
  • Check the USB data cable connection to both the docking station and your computer. Try a different USB port or cable.
  • Verify that the drives are properly seated in their respective slots.
  • For new drives, they may need to be initialized and formatted in your operating system's Disk Management utility before they appear.

Slow Data Transfer Speeds

  • Ensure you are using a USB 3.2 Gen 2 compatible port on your computer for optimal speeds (10Gbps for NVMe, 5Gbps for SATA).
  • Check the quality of your USB cable. A faulty or low-quality cable can limit speeds.
  • The actual speed can be affected by the performance of the installed drives and your computer's system resources.

Offline Cloning Fails or Stops

  • Ensure the target disk has a capacity equal to or greater than the source disk.
  • Verify that the cloning direction switch is set correctly.
  • Ensure the docking station is disconnected from any computer during the cloning process.
  • Check the power supply. An insufficient power supply can cause cloning issues, especially with 3.5" HDDs. Ensure the provided 12V/3A adapter is used and functioning correctly.
  • Drives with bad sectors may cause cloning to fail. Consider checking the health of your drives.
