This manual provides instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your Argo Climadesign multi-function air conditioner. This unit is designed to provide optimal comfort by cooling, heating, dehumidifying, and ventilating your space efficiently. It features DC Inverter technology for modulated capacity and ventilation, uses ecological R32 refrigerant, and includes integrated WiFi for remote control.

4. Nastavení

4.1 Typ instalace

This unit is a split-system air conditioner, requiring both an indoor and an outdoor unit for operation. Professional installation is recommended.

4.2 Condensate Drain Flexibility

The indoor unit offers maximum installation flexibility with a dual condensate drain option, allowing connection from either the right or the left side.

4.3 Potrubí chladiva

The maximum length of refrigerant piping with a standard charge is 3-5 meters. Additional refrigerant charge is required for piping lengths up to 25 meters.

The unit is controlled via a new digital remote control with an LCD display. This remote allows access to all functionalities of the air conditioner.

5.2 WiFi Control (App)

The air conditioner features integrated quick-connect WiFi and a dedicated app, enabling remote control of all functions from your smartphone or tablet.

• iFeel Function: Ensures comfort conditions at the remote control's location. The remote control contains a sensor that continuously sends temperature signals to the indoor unit, allowing the unit to adjust operation for localized comfort.
• Personalized Airflow (3D SWING): In addition to classic vertical louver oscillation, horizontal (left/right) flap oscillation can be selected. You can set the desired flap position for a customized airflow direction. The unit can achieve an air throw distance of up to 12 meters.
• Funkce Turbo: Allows the unit to reach the desired temperature, in both cooling and heating modes, in the shortest possible time.
• Funkce spánku: Automatically adjusts the set temperature to adapt to the natural changes in ambient and body temperature during sleep, promoting comfort and energy saving.
• Cold Draft Prevention Function: In heating mode, the fan operation is linked to the evaporator temperature. The fan will only start when the evaporator is sufficiently warm, ensuring that only adequately warm air is released into the room, preventing cold drafts.
• Protiplísňová funkce: When the unit is turned off, ventilation continues for 10 minutes. This process ensures the complete drying of the heat exchanger, thereby preventing the formation of mold and bacteria.

6. Údržba

6.1 iClean Function (Evaporator Self-Cleaning)

The new Autoclean function is designed for thorough and effective cleaning of the evaporator. It consists of 4 sequential phases plus a 57 °C sterilization phase. You can activate the evaporator cleaning whenever desired. The function performs condensation, ice formation, defrosting, and drying phases to eliminate dust, pollutants, and condensation traces. A fifth sterilization phase follows, where the evaporating unit is maintained at 57 °C for at least 10 minutes. This ensures clean air delivery and preserves heat exchanger efficiency.

6.2 Outdoor Unit Heat Exchanger Treatment

The outdoor unit's heat exchanger fins feature a special "Gold" treatment. This treatment enhances durability, allowing the unit to be used safely even in saline environments.

6.3 Údržba filtru

The unit is equipped with a pre-filter. Regular cleaning of the pre-filter is recommended to maintain optimal performance and air quality. Refer to the full installation manual for detailed filter cleaning instructions.

7. Řešení problémů

7.1 Auto-Diagnosis Function

The unit includes an auto-diagnosis function. Any malfunction messages are displayed on the LED display of the indoor unit. These messages facilitate targeted interventions by service technicians, helping to quickly identify and resolve issues.

If a malfunction message appears, note the code and consult a qualified service technician. Do not attempt to repair the unit yourself.
