2. Bezpečnostní informace

WARNING: This product uses a laser. Always wear appropriate laser safety glasses during operation to protect your eyes. Never look directly into the laser beam. Ensure the engraving area is well-ventilated. Keep out of reach of children.

• Operate the device in a stable environment, away from flammable materials.
• Do not attempt to engrave materials not listed as compatible, as this may produce hazardous fumes or damage the device.
• Ensure proper ventilation to dissipate any smoke or fumes generated during engraving.
• The device is equipped with overheat protection; however, continuous monitoring during operation is recommended.

3.1 Fyzická montáž

1. Opatrně vybalte všechny součásti z obalu.
2. Mount the laser module securely onto the base unit using the provided screws.
3. Connect the necessary USB cables for power to both the base and any optional attachments, such as the rotary module.

3.2 Instalace softwaru

1. Download the official LaserPecker application for your mobile device (iOS/Android) or the desktop software for your computer (Windows/macOS).
2. Install the application following the on-screen instructions.
3. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device for connection to the engraver.

3.3 Zaostření laseru

Accurate focusing is crucial for optimal engraving results. The LP3 features dual infrared positioning for auto-focusing.

1. Place the material to be engraved on the base plate.
2. Activate the focusing mechanism via the app or the physical buttons on the machine. Two red laser dots will project onto the material.
3. Adjust the height of the laser module (either manually or through the app control) until the two red dots converge into a single, sharp point. This indicates correct focus.
4. Alternatively, use the built-in ruler for initial height adjustment, then fine-tune with the laser dots for precision.

4. Návod k obsluze

4.1 Používání softwaru

The LaserPecker app and desktop software provide comprehensive tools for design and control.

• Tvorba designu: Import images from your library, use built-in samples, or create text, QR codes, and barcodes directly within the app. The desktop software offers more advanced design capabilities.
• Konektivita: Connect the engraver via Bluetooth to your mobile device. If using the PC desktop app, ensure your mobile device's Bluetooth connection to the engraver is disconnected to avoid conflicts.
• Work Area Preview: The app displays a red box indicating the engraving boundaries. Use this to precisely position your item. You can drag your design within the app to adjust the laser boundary in real-time.

4.2 Proces gravírování

The engraving process involves three main steps: Design, Engraving, and Admire.

1. Design: Create or import your desired design using the LaserPecker software.
2. Rytina: Place your material on the base plate, ensure proper focus, and initiate the engraving process through the software.
3. Admire: Once complete, inspect your customized item.

4.3 Rotary Engraving

For cylindrical objects like pens, bottles, or rings, utilize the dedicated electric roller module.

• Attach the rotary module to the engraver as per its instructions.
• Place the cylindrical object securely on the roller.
• If the object's diameter prevents proper focusing when positioned directly under the laser, rotate the laser module 45 degrees and adjust the object's distance from the lens to achieve focus. This allows for engraving on various cylinder sizes.

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your LaserPecker LP3.

• Čištění objektivu: Gently clean the laser lens with a soft, lint-free cloth and a specialized lens cleaning solution. Avoid abrasive materials that could scratch the lens.

• Skladování: When not in use, store the engraver in a clean, dry environment, protected from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

6. Řešení problémů

• Engraving Not Starting: Verify that the laser is properly focused (single red dot). Check that the material is correctly positioned and the design is loaded in the software. Ensure all safety interlocks are engaged.
• Špatná kvalita gravírování: Check the laser focus. Adjust engraving parameters (power, depth, passes) in the software according to the material type. Ensure the material surface is clean and free of obstructions.
• Rotary Engraving Limitations: For cylindrical objects, be aware of the maximum diameter that can be accommodated. If an object is too large to focus directly, try rotating the laser module 45 degrees and adjusting the object's distance from the lens to achieve focus.
