The HASWING Cayman GPS Trolling Motor is a 12V, 55lbs thrust, 54-inch shaft bow mount electric motor designed for both saltwater and freshwater use. It features an advanced GPS navigation system, wireless remote control, and compatibility with the Helmsman App for smart navigation and anchor control.

Nastavení a instalace

1. Montáž vlečného motoru

The HASWING Cayman GPS Trolling Motor is designed for bow mount installation. Ensure the mounting surface is flat and strong enough to support the motor's weight and thrust.

1. Position the motor on the bow, ensuring the shaft can fully deploy and stow without obstruction.
2. Mark the drilling points for the mounting bolts.
3. Drill appropriate holes and secure the motor using the provided mounting hardware. Ensure all bolts are tightened securely.

2. Elektrické připojení

Connect the motor to a 12V deep cycle marine battery. Ensure proper polarity to prevent damage.

• Connect the positive (+) cable from the motor to the positive terminal of the battery.
• Connect the negative (-) cable from the motor to the negative terminal of the battery.

• Ovládání kotvy: Locks the boat's position using GPS, automatically adjusting for wind, waves, or current.

3. Deploying and Stowing the Motor

Use the deploy/stow pedal to easily lower or raise the motor.

• To deploy, release the locking mechanism and gently lower the motor into the water.
• To stow, lift the motor out of the water and secure it in the stowed position using the locking mechanism.
• Adjust the depth collar to set the desired propeller depth.

Údržba

• Po každém použití: Rinse the motor with fresh water, especially after saltwater use, to prevent corrosion.
• Kontrola vrtule: Regularly check the propeller for fishing line, weeds, or damage. Clear any obstructions.
• Péče o baterie: Keep battery terminals clean and charged. Store batteries in a cool, dry place.
