Your Timex Ironman watch features five primary buttons, each with specific functions:

Nastavení času a data

1. From Time mode, press and hold the NASTAVIT/VYVOLAT tlačítko, dokud displej nezačne blikat.

The chronograph measures elapsed time, lap times, and split times with a 30-lap memory.

1. Stiskněte MODE until "CHRONO" or the stopwatch display appears.

3. Stiskněte START/ROZDĚLENÍ again to record a lap/split time. The display will show the lap time while the chronograph continues to run in the background.

5. To recall stored lap/split times, press NASTAVIT/VYVOLAT while the chronograph is stopped. Use START/ROZDĚLENÍ or STOP/RESET to scroll through recorded times.

Režim časovače

The timer can be set for countdowns.

1. Stiskněte MODE until "TIMER" appears.
