This manual provides detailed instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your Cinnado D1 2K Indoor Security Camera. 2. Průvodce nastavením

2.1 Instalace aplikace

To control your Cinnado D1 camera, you need to download the companion application. Scan the QR code below or search for 'Wansview Cloud' in your device's app store.

1. Install the Wansview Cloudová aplikace.
2. Create your account within the app.

2.2 Zapnutí a počáteční párování

Connect the camera to a power source using the provided Type-C USB cable and power adapter. The camera will power on automatically.

Ensure your mobile device is connected to a 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi network. The Cinnado D1 camera only supports 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi, not 5Ghz Wi-Fi.

3. Plug in the camera. Keep your phone connected to a 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi network.
4. Follow the in-app guide to connect your camera.

If you encounter issues during initial setup or need to re-pair the camera, you may need to reset it. Refer to the Troubleshooting section for details on how to reset the camera.

The camera supports both local SD card storage (up to 128GB, SD card not included) and optional cloud storage. Continuous recording can be achieved with an SD card. Cloud storage offers a 30-day trial, and all videos uploaded to the cloud are encrypted for security.

4. Ovládání fotoaparátu

4.1 Živě View a ovládací prvky

Once connected, open the Wansview Cloud app to access the live view from your camera. The app interface provides various controls:

• Pan/Tilt: Use the directional controls in the app to adjust the camera's horizontal (pan) and vertical (tilt) viewúhel.
• Obousměrný zvuk: Tap the microphone icon to speak through the camera's speaker, and listen through your phone's speaker.

4.2 Sdílení přístupu k fotoaparátu

You can share access to your camera with family and friends. The shared person needs to download the Wansview Cloud app and create their own account.

1. V aplikaci přejděte na Nastavení.
2. Vybrat Invite family & friends.
3. Klikněte na Podíl ikona.
4. Vybrat Create a new share.
5. Fill in the shared account details (email or phone number).
6. Select the desired share settings (permissions for live view, motion alerts, etc.).
7. The shared account will receive an invitation. They must click Dostávat přijmout.
8. Note: The sharing link expires after 30 minutes. If expired, resend the invitation.

To manage or cancel shared access:

• Na Invite family & friends page, click the shared account.
• Můžete si vybrat Permission settings to change their access rights.
• To cancel access, select Delete the invitation a potvrďte.

5. Údržba

5.1 Správa SD karty

The camera supports a Micro SD card up to 128GB for continuous local recording. The SD card slot is typically located by gently tilting the camera lens upwards.

• Instalace: Carefully insert the Micro SD card into the slot until it clicks into place.
• Odstranění: Gently push the SD card inwards until it pops out, then pull it out.
• Formátování: It is recommended to format the SD card through the app settings before first use and periodically to ensure optimal performance.

To maintain optimal image quality, regularly clean the camera lens and body.

6.1 When to Reset the Camera

• When connecting the camera for the first time and it doesn't enter pairing mode automatically.
• If the indicator light shows unusual behavior (e.g., constant red, blinking quickly, or no light when it should be active).

6.2 How to Reset the Camera

There are two methods to reset the camera:

1. Physical Reset: Locate the reset button on the camera (often a small pinhole). Use a pin or a thin object to press and hold the reset button for 5 to 10 seconds until you hear a prompt or see the indicator light change.
2. Factory Reset via App (if online): If the camera is online and accessible through the app, go to Nastavení > Správa zařízení > Obnovení továrního nastavení.

6.3 Problémy s připojením

• Ujistěte se, že vaše Wi-Fi síť má frekvenci 2.4 GHz. Kamera nepodporuje Wi-Fi 5 GHz.
• Ověřte, zda je kamera v dosahu vašeho Wi-Fi routeru.
• Check your Wi-Fi password for accuracy during setup.
• Restartujte Wi-Fi router a kameru.
