Průvodce nastavením

1. Download the Cloud Intelligence App

Hledat "Cloud Intelligence" in your smartphone's app store (available on App Store and Google Play) and download it. Register or log in to your account.

2. Connect to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi Network

Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. The Amysen Smart Plug only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. If your router broadcasts both 2.4GHz and 5GHz, ensure you select the 2.4GHz option during setup.

1. Plug the Amysen Smart Plug into a power outlet.
2. Open the Cloud Intelligence App.

4. Follow the on-screen instructions to pair the smart plug. The indicator light on the plug will blink during pairing.

4. Integrate with Voice Assistants (Alexa/Google Home)

Once the smart plug is added to the Cloud Intelligence App, you can link it with your Amazon Alexa or Google Home Assistant for voice control.

1. Otevřete aplikaci Alexa nebo Google Home.
2. Go to the "Skills & Games" (Alexa) or "Works with Google" (Google Home) section.
3. Hledat "Cloud Intelligence" and enable the skill/service.
4. Link your Cloud Intelligence account when prompted.
5. Discover devices. Your smart plug should now appear and be controllable via voice commands.

The Cloud Intelligence App allows for comprehensive control:

• Dálkové zapnutí/vypnutí: Ovládejte připojená zařízení odkudkoli s připojením k internetu.
• Plánování: Set daily or weekly schedules for devices to turn on/off automatically.
• Časovače: Set countdown timers for devices to switch off after a specified duration.
• Ovládání skupiny: Create groups of smart plugs to control multiple devices with a single command.

Ruční ovládání

Each smart plug has a physical button on its side. Press this button to manually turn the connected device on or off.

Odstraňování problémů

If you encounter issues with your Amysen Smart Plug, refer to the following common solutions:

• Device not connecting/frequently disconnecting:
  • Ujistěte se, že vaše Wi-Fi síť používá frekvenci 2.4 GHz. Sítě 5 GHz nejsou podporovány.
  • Zkontrolujte správnost hesla k Wi-Fi.
  • Pro zlepšení signálu přesuňte chytrou zásuvku blíže k Wi-Fi routeru.
  • Restartujte Wi-Fi router a chytrou zásuvku.
• Hlasové ovládání nefunguje:
  • Verify that the Cloud Intelligence skill/service is enabled and linked in your Alexa or Google Home app.
  • Ensure the device name in the Cloud Intelligence app matches the name you are using for voice commands.
  • Zkuste znovu objevit zařízení v aplikaci Alexa nebo Google Home.
• App shows device offline but light is on:
  • This may indicate a temporary network interruption. The device often recovers automatically.
