1. Úvod

Thank you for choosing the Ambiano GT-SF-AFS-01 Universal Slicer. This appliance is designed for efficient and precise slicing of various food items such as sausage, meat, bread, and other foods. Please read this manual carefully before first use to ensure safe and optimal operation, and keep it for future reference.

2. Důležité bezpečnostní pokyny

WARNING: Improper use can lead to serious injury!

• Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet before assembly, disassembly, cleaning, or when not in use.

4. Nastavení

1. Rozbalit: Carefully remove all packaging materials and check for any damage. Keep packaging for potential future transport or return.
2. Umístění: Place the slicer on a clean, dry, stable, and flat surface. Ensure the anti-slip feet provide secure standing.
3. Sestavte komponenty: Attach the sliding carriage, food holder, and collection tray if they are not already in place. Ensure they are securely fitted.
4. Připojení napájení: Ensure the slicer's power switch is in the 'OFF' position. Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet (220-240V, 50/60Hz).

5. Návod k obsluze

1. Připravit jídlo: Ensure the food item you wish to slice is clean and free of any hard objects like bones.
2. Úprava tloušťky řezu: Use the thickness adjustment knob to set the desired slice thickness. The slicer allows for continuous adjustment up to approximately 23 mm. Turn the knob clockwise for thinner slices and counter-clockwise for thicker slices.
3. Jídlo na pozici: Place the food item firmly on the sliding carriage. Use the food holder/finger guard to secure the food against the carriage and protect your fingers from the blade.
4. Začněte krájet: Turn the power switch to the 'ON' position. The blade will begin to rotate.
5. Plátek: Gently push the sliding carriage towards the rotating blade, applying even pressure. The sliced food will fall onto the collection tray.
6. Dokončení krájení: Once slicing is complete, turn the power switch to the 'OFF' position and wait for the blade to come to a complete stop before removing any remaining food or the collection tray.

6. Čištění a údržba

POZOR: Před čištěním vždy odpojte kráječ ze zásuvky. Nůž je extrémně ostrý.

1. Odpojit: Ujistěte se, že je kráječ odpojený od elektrické zásuvky.
2. Rozebrat: Carefully remove the sliding carriage, food holder, and collection tray.
3. Vyčistěte odnímatelné díly: The collection tray, sliding carriage, and food holder are removable for easy cleaning. Wash these parts by hand using warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reassembling.
4. Čistá čepel: To clean the blade, carefully wipe it with a damp cloth. For thorough cleaning, the blade can be removed by following the instructions in the assembly section (if applicable, otherwise refer to manufacturer's guidelines for blade removal). Always use protective gloves when handling the blade.
5. Čištění hlavní jednotky: Otřete hlavní jednotku reklamouamp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit or the motor in water or any other liquid.
6. Sušení a skladování: Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling and storing the slicer. Store in a clean, dry place.
