This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and efficient operation of your QISUO iScan Portable Handheld Document Scanner. The iScan Portable Scanner is designed for convenient scanning of A4 documents, books, and photos into JPG or PDF formats with resolutions of 300, 600, or 900 DPI. Its compact and lightweight design allows for scanning anywhere, anytime, without the need for a direct PC connection or external power supply during operation.

Nastavení

1. Nainstalujte baterie: Open the battery compartment and insert two AA batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity.
2. Vložte Micro SD kartu: Locate the Micro SD card slot on the side of the scanner and insert a Micro SD card (up to 32GB) until it clicks into place.
3. Zapnutí: Press the "POWER/ON" button to turn on the scanner. The display panel will light up.
4. Initial Calibration (White Balance):

   For optimal scan quality, perform a white balance calibration before first use or if scan quality degrades.

   1. Ensure no Micro SD card is inserted during calibration.
   2. Place the scanner on a clean, white piece of paper.
   3. Press and hold the "SCAN" button and the "JPG/PDF" button simultaneously for approximately 2 seconds.
   4. The red and green indicator lights will illuminate. Do not move the scanner.
   5. Wait for the red light to turn off.
   6. After the red light turns off, smoothly slide the scanner up and down the white paper until the green light also turns off. This indicates successful calibration.

Návod k obsluze

1. Select Scan Mode (JPG/PDF): Press the "JPG/PDF" button to toggle between JPG and PDF file formats. The selected format will be displayed on the screen.
2. Adjust DPI Resolution: Press the "DPI" button to cycle through the available resolutions: 300 DPI (Low), 600 DPI (Medium), and 900 DPI (High). Choose the desired resolution based on your quality requirements.
3. Scanning a Document:
   1. Umístěte dokument, který chcete skenovat, na rovný a stabilní povrch.
   2. Hold the scanner firmly with both hands.
   3. Press the "SCAN" button once to start scanning. The green indicator light will turn on.
   4. Slowly and steadily slide the scanner across the document, ensuring even pressure and movement. Avoid tilting or moving too quickly/slowly to prevent distortion.
   5. Press the "SCAN" button again to stop scanning. The green indicator light will turn off.
   6. The scanned image will be automatically saved to the Micro SD card.

4. Přenos Files do PC:

   2. The scanner will appear as a removable disk drive.
   3. Open the drive to access your scanned JPG or PDF files.
   4. Zkopírujte files to your computer as needed.

Údržba

• Čištění skeneru: Use the provided cleaning cloth to gently wipe the scanning glass and exterior of the device. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Péče o baterie: Pokud skener nebudete delší dobu používat, vyjměte baterie, abyste zabránili jejich vytečení.
• Skladování: Store the scanner in its carry bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Odstraňování problémů

Skener se nezapíná:

• Zkontrolujte, zda jsou baterie správně vloženy a zda jsou dostatečně nabité.
• Replace with new batteries if necessary.

Scanned images are distorted or blurry:

• Ensure the scanner is moved slowly and steadily across the document.
• Perform a white balance calibration (refer to Setup section).
• Clean the scanning glass with the provided cloth.

Nelze přenést files do PC:

• Ujistěte se, že je kabel USB bezpečně připojen ke skeneru i k počítači.
• Zkuste jiný port USB na počítači.
• Verify that the Micro SD card is properly inserted into the scanner.

"ERR" message on display:

• This usually indicates a scanning error. Try rescanning the document.
• Ensure the document is flat and the scanner is moved smoothly.
