• Assemble the main cart structure, attaching the wheels.
• Mount the grill head onto the cart.
• Install the side shelves, control panel, and cabinet doors.

• Connect the electronic ignition wiring and gas lines as instructed.

5. Nastavení

5.1 Grill Placement

Position the grill on a hard, level, non-combustible surface. Ensure adequate clearance from walls, fences, and other structures. Never place the grill under an overhead combustible surface.

5.2 Připojení LPG nádrže

2. Insert the regulator nipple into the cylinder valve.
3. Hand-tighten the coupling nut clockwise until snug. Do not use tools.
4. Place the LP cylinder securely in the designated holder within the grill cabinet.

5.3 Zkouška těsnosti

A leak test must be performed every time the LP cylinder is connected or replaced.

1. Prepare a soap and water solution (50/50 mix).

4. Apply the soap solution to all gas connections (regulator to cylinder, hose to manifold, burner connections).
5. If bubbles appear, there is a leak. Immediately turn off the LP cylinder valve and tighten the connection. Repeat the test. If the leak persists, do not use the grill and contact customer service.

6.1 Zapálení hlavních hořáků

1. Otevřete víko grilu.
2. Ujistěte se, že všechny ovládací knoflíky hořáku jsou v poloze „VYPNUTO“.
3. Slowly open the LP cylinder valve fully.
4. Push in and turn one main burner control knob to the "HIGH" position.
5. Immediately press and hold the electronic ignition button until the burner lights.
6. Once lit, release the ignition button. If the burner does not light within 5 seconds, turn the knob to "OFF", wait 5 minutes, and repeat the process.
7. V případě potřeby opakujte pro ostatní hlavní hořáky.

6.2 Zapálení bočního hořáku

1. Otevřete víko bočního hořáku.

3. Push in and turn the side burner control knob to the "HIGH" position.
4. Immediately press and hold the electronic ignition button until the burner lights.
5. Once lit, release the ignition button. If the burner does not light within 5 seconds, turn the knob to "OFF", wait 5 minutes, and repeat the process.

6.3 Regulace teploty

Adjust the burner control knobs to achieve the desired cooking temperature. The built-in thermometer on the lid provides an approximate internal grill temperature reading.

7.1 Po každém použití

• Rošty na vaření: Once the grill has cooled, brush off any food residue from the cast iron cooking grates. For stubborn residue, wash with warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly.
• Drip Tray/Grease Cup: Remove and empty the drip tray and grease cup. Wash with warm soapy water.

7.2 Pravidelné čištění

• Vnější povrchy: Clean stainless steel surfaces with a stainless steel cleaner or mild soap and water. Wipe in the direction of the grain.
