4. Nastavení a montáž

The EBycco EB7Pro electric bike arrives 85% pre-assembled. The following steps detail the final assembly process. For a visual guide, please refer to the installation video below.

4.1. Instalace řídítek

1. Remove the four screws from the handlebar stem.
2. Place the handlebar onto the stem, ensuring proper alignment.
3. Utáhněte čtyři šrouby pro zajištění řídítek.
4. Tighten the screws to fix the position of the handlebar.

4.2. Montáž předního kola

1. Remove the protective spacer from the front fork.
2. Remove the bolts from the front wheel axle.
3. Align the notch on the front wheel axle with the fork dropouts.
4. Tighten the screw bolts to secure the front wheel.
5. Connect the motor cable from the front wheel to the main bike harness.

4.3. Instalace pedálů

Ensure you install the pedals correctly. The left pedal is marked with an 'L' and the right pedal with an 'R'.

1. Identify the 'L' and 'R' pedals.
2. Screw the left pedal (L) counter-clockwise into the left crank arm.
3. Screw the right pedal (R) clockwise into the right crank arm.
4. Tighten securely with a wrench.

4.4. Front Fenders and Headlights Installation

1. Attach the front fender to the front fork using the provided hardware.
2. Mount the headlight to the designated bracket on the front fork.
3. Connect the headlight cable to the main bike harness.

4.5. Instalace baterie

1. Insert the 48V 23Ah battery into the frame's battery compartment.
2. Ensure the battery clicks securely into place.
3. Use the key to lock the battery to the frame for security.

4.6. Rear Rack Installation

1. Attach the rear rack support arms to the designated mounting points on the bike frame near the rear axle.
2. Secure the top of the rear rack to the seat post clamp plocha.
3. Tighten all bolts to ensure the rack is stable.

5.1. Starting the E-Bike

To start the E-bike, long press the 'M' button on the LCD display. The display will illuminate, indicating the bike is ready for operation.

The EBycco EB7Pro features a green button on the handlebar to switch between single-motor and dual-motor modes. Dual motor mode provides maximum power and climbing capability.

Activate the bright headlight for improved visibility during low-light conditions. The rechargeable tail light enhances your presence to others from behind.

6.1. Péče o baterie

• Před prvním použitím baterii plně nabijte.
• Používejte pouze dodanou nabíječku.
• Zabraňte úplnému vybití baterie.
• Pokud baterii nepoužíváte, skladujte ji na chladném a suchém místě a při delším skladování ji pravidelně nabíjejte.

6.2. Údržba brzd

Regularly inspect the hydraulic disc brakes for wear and tear. Ensure brake fluid levels are adequate and brake pads are not excessively worn. If you notice any decrease in braking performance, consult a professional or contact customer support.

6.3. Péče o pneumatiky

Maintain proper tire pressure as indicated on the tire sidewall. Regularly inspect tires for punctures, cuts, or excessive wear. Fat tires provide excellent traction but can be susceptible to punctures if not properly maintained.
