2. Nastavení a instalace
2.1 Aktivace baterie

- The back of the smoke detector will light up green to confirm successful pairing.
- Repeat this process for any additional detectors you wish to pair.

2.3 Montáž detektoru
The ELRO FZ5010R smoke detectors include all necessary mounting hardware (screws and plugs).
- Always mount the smoke detector on the ceiling.
- Secure the detector to the ceiling using the provided screws.
- It is recommended to install at least one smoke detector on each floor of your home.
- For optimal safety, place detectors along escape routes, such as in hallways, on landings, or in stairwells.

3. Provoz
3.1 Normální provoz
Once installed and activated, the ELRO FZ5010R smoke detector continuously monitors for smoke. In the event of smoke detection, the detector will emit an audible alarm (85dB) and a visual indicator to alert occupants.
3.2 Testování detektoru
Regular testing ensures your smoke detector is functioning correctly. Press the large test button on the detector. The detector should emit a loud alarm sound and flash its indicator light. Release the button to stop the alarm. Perform this test monthly.
3.3 Indikace slabé baterie
The detector features a low battery indicator. When the battery is nearing the end of its 10-year life, the detector will emit a short chirp or flash periodically to indicate that it needs to be replaced. Since the battery is integrated, the entire unit should be replaced.
