The HPI Vorza 4.6 Truggy is a factory-assembled, pre-painted 1/8 scale 4WD nitro-powered remote control truggy, equipped with a powerful Nitro Star F4.6 V2 engine and a 2.4Ghz radio system. It is designed for off-road performance and durability.

• Always operate your Truggy in open areas, away from people, pets, and obstacles.
• Never operate near public roads or in residential areas.
• The engine operates at high temperatures. Avoid touching the engine, exhaust pipe, or other hot components during or immediately after operation.
• Nitro fuel is highly flammable. Store fuel in a cool, well-ventilated area, away from ignition sources. Always use appropriate safety gear when handling fuel.
• Keep hands, hair, and loose clothing away from moving parts, especially the engine flywheel and gears.
• Always turn off the receiver and then the transmitter when finished operating.
• Adult supervision is required for users under 18 years of age.

Nastavení

Follow these steps to prepare your HPI Vorza 4.6 Truggy for its first run.

1. Instalace baterie vysílače: Open the battery compartment on the 2.4Ghz radio transmitter. Insert four (4) AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity. Close the compartment securely.
2. Receiver Battery Charging & Installation: Charge the NiMH receiver pack using a compatible charger according to the charger's instructions. Once charged, install the NiMH pack into the enclosed receiver box on the Truggy. Ensure all connections are secure.
3. Fueling the Truggy: Using a fuel bottle, carefully fill the 125cc racing fuel tank with 20-25% Nitromethane fuel. Ensure the fuel cap is securely closed after filling. The tank features a clunk system to help maintain fuel flow even when the vehicle is inverted.
4. Glow Igniter Preparation: Ensure your glow igniter is fully charged and ready for use. The glow igniter is essential for starting the nitro engine.
5. Předběžné kontroly: Before starting, visually inspect the Truggy for any loose screws, damaged parts, or obstructions. Check that the steering and throttle linkages move freely and are correctly adjusted.

Once the Truggy is set up, you can proceed with starting and operating it.

1. Turn On Radio System: First, turn on the transmitter. Then, turn on the receiver switch on the Truggy. Verify that the steering servo responds to transmitter inputs.
2. Startování motoru:
   • Place the glow igniter onto the glow plug on top of the engine cylinder head.
   • Ensure the throttle is slightly open (or use the throttle trim on the transmitter to open it slightly).
   • Firmly and smoothly pull the starter cord on the engine. Do not yank the cord. Repeat until the engine starts.
   • Once the engine starts, remove the glow igniter. The engine should idle smoothly. If it stalls, re-attach the igniter and pull the cord again.
3. Driving the Truggy: Use the steering wheel on the transmitter to control direction and the throttle trigger to control speed. Practice in an open area to get accustomed to the controls.
4. Zastavení motoru: To stop the engine, either pinch the fuel line to cut off fuel supply or apply the brake fully and hold it until the engine stalls. Never attempt to stop the engine by blocking moving parts. After the engine stops, turn off the receiver switch on the Truggy, then turn off the transmitter.

Regular maintenance is crucial for the longevity and performance of your HPI Vorza 4.6 Truggy.

• Údržba motoru:
  • After each run, clean the engine exterior to remove dirt and debris.
  • Regularly inspect and clean the high-density foam air filter. A dirty air filter can restrict airflow and damage the engine. Re-oil the filter after cleaning.
  • Check the glow plug condition periodically and replace if worn.
  • Ensure all engine screws and fasteners are tight.
• Chassis and Drivetrain Inspection:
  • Inspect the 4mm aluminum chassis and shock towers for any bends or damage.
  • Check the hardened steel spur and pinion gears, and the oil-filled 4-gear differentials for wear or damage.
  • Ensure the rubber-sealed ball bearings are clean and spinning freely. Replace any seized bearings.
  • Verify the threaded 16mm Big Bore oil-filled shocks are not leaking and provide consistent dampIng.
• Tire and Wheel Care:
  • Clean dirt and debris from the pre-mounted all-terrain tires and wheels after each use.
  • Check for tire wear or damage. Replace tires if they are excessively worn or torn.
