1. MiTag Aktivace a párování

MiTag tracker needs to be paired with your Apple iOS device before being placed inside the bike bell. The MiTag uses a replaceable CR2032 battery, which typically lasts 6-12 months.

1. Ensure your MiTag has a working CR2032 battery. If it's new, it might have a pull tab to activate the battery.
2. Open the Apple 'Find My' app on your iOS device.
3. Go to the 'Items' tab and tap the '+' icon to add a new item.
4. Select 'Other Supported Item' and follow the on-screen instructions to pair your MiTag. You may need to press the button on the MiTag to put it into pairing mode.
5. Once paired, name your item (e.g., "Bike") and assign an emoji.

2. Apple AirTag Instalace (volitelné)

If you are using an Apple AirTag instead of the included MiTag, postupujte takto:

1. Twist the top part of the bike bell counter-clockwise to open the hidden compartment.
2. Insert your Apple AirTag into the compartment. Use the provided foam or felt inserts to ensure a snug fit and prevent rattling.
3. Twist the top part of the bike bell clockwise to securely close the compartment.

3. Bike Bell Installation on Handlebar

The MiLi Bike Bell is designed to fit handlebars with diameters of 0.87 inches (22mm), 1 inch (25.4mm), and 1.25 inches (31.8mm).

1. Select the appropriate spacer(s) for your bicycle's handlebar diameter.
2. Place the bell's mounting bracket around the desired section of your handlebar.
3. Insert the screw and tighten it using the provided screwdriver until the bell is firmly secured and does not rotate freely. Do not overtighten.
4. Ensure the bell's lever is easily accessible for ringing while riding.

Operace

1. Using the Bike Bell

To operate the bike bell, simply press the lever with your thumb or finger. The copper alloy construction produces a loud, clear sound to alert pedestrians and other cyclists, enhancing safety during your ride.

2. Locating Your Bike with MiTag/AirTag

If your bicycle is misplaced or stolen, you can use the 'Find My' app on your Apple iOS device to locate it.

Údržba

1. Čištění

To clean the bike bell, wipe it with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the finish or internal components. Ensure the bell is dry before re-inserting the tracker.

2. MiTag Výměna baterie

MiTag tracker uses a CR2032 coin cell battery. When the battery is low, you may receive a notification on your iOS device, or the tracker's performance may diminish.

1. Carefully open the MiTag tracker by gently prying apart its shell (refer to the MiTag's specific instructions if available).

• Bell not ringing clearly: Check for any obstructions around the bell's clapper or dome. Ensure the bell is securely mounted and not loose.
• Tracker location inaccurate: The accuracy of location tracking depends on the 'Find My' network. In areas with fewer Apple devices, location updates might be less frequent or precise. Ensure the MiTag/AirTag is not deeply concealed within metal objects that could interfere with its signal.
• Bell feels loose on handlebar: Re-tighten the mounting screw. If it still feels loose, ensure you are using the correct size handlebar spacer(s).
