5. Nastavení

1. Zapnutí: Press and hold the Power/Mode button for 3 seconds to turn on the device. The LCD screen will illuminate.
2. Vyberte režim: Short press the Power/Mode button to cycle through the three available working modes:
   • Mode 1: Vibration + Heating + Red Light (Triple-Effect Rejuvenation)
   • Mode 2: Heating + Red Light (Eye Muscle Awakening)
   • Mode 3: Vibration + Heating (Muscle Stimulation & Heating)
3. Upravit teplotu: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the thermal temperature between 98°F (37°C) and 113°F (45°C).
4. Zahájení léčby: Gently place the chrome massage head on the desired area (e.g., under eyes, around temples, forehead, neck). Move the device slowly and smoothly in circular or upward motions.
5. Doporučené použití: Use for 5-10 minutes per area, once or twice daily.
6. Vypnout: After use, press and hold the Power/Mode button for 3 seconds to turn off the device.
