- Attach the feed chute to the machine base by turning it counter-clockwise until it locks into place.
- Select the desired blade cone (slicing, grinding, coarse grating, or fine grating).
- Insert the chosen blade cone into the feed chute and rotate it clockwise until it is securely seated.
- Place the food pusher into the top opening of the feed chute.
