Krok 1: Zapněte napájení

Connect the extender to a power socket in close proximity to your router. The indicator light will turn on.

Step 2: Connect to Extender's WiFi

On your mobile device or computer, connect to either "PIX-LINK-2.4G" or "PIX-LINK-5.8G" WiFi network. The default password is 12345678.

Step 3: Access Setup Page

Otevřete a web prohlížeč a zadejte 192.168.7.1 in the address bar to access the login page. The default login password is admin.

Step 4: Configure Repeater Mode

Once logged in, select "Repeater Mode". Choose the SSID (WiFi network name) you wish to extend from the scan list. Enter the password for your original WiFi network.

Poznámka: The password for the first-time setup needs to be consistent with the password of your original WiFi signal source.

Step 5: Reconnect to Extended WiFi

1. Wireless Repeater Mode

This mode extends the range of your existing wireless network. The extender receives the WiFi signal from your main router and re-broadcasts it, effectively expanding coverage to dead zones. This is the most common use case for a WiFi extender.

2. Wireless AP (Access Point) Mode

In AP mode, the extender connects to your router via an Ethernet cable and transforms your wired network connection into a wireless one. This is useful for adding WiFi capability to a wired-only network or creating a new WiFi hotspot.

3. Wireless to Wired Mode (Client Mode)

This mode allows you to connect a wired-only device (like a desktop computer, smart TV, or game console) to your wireless network. The extender receives the WiFi signal and provides an Ethernet port for the wired device.
