Nastavení

1. Vyberte místo montáže: Select a stable and appropriate surface near your BGA rework station or other equipment where auxiliary lighting is required. Ensure the surface can support the light and allow for flexible positioning.
2. Zajistěte základnu: Using appropriate screws (not included), securely fasten the circular mounting base (refer to Figure 2) to the chosen surface. Ensure it is firmly attached to prevent movement during use.
3. Připojte napájení: Connect the red and black wires extending from the base to a compatible 12-24V AC/DC power source. Ensure correct polarity (red for positive, black for negative) to prevent damage. If unsure, consult a qualified electrician.
4. Umístěte světlo: Once mounted and powered, gently bend the flexible arm to position the LED light head (refer to Figure 3) to illuminate your work area as desired. The arm is designed for repeated adjustments.

The LED spotlight is designed for straightforward operation once properly installed.

• Zapnutí/vypnutí: The light will turn on when power is supplied to the connected wires. To turn off, disconnect or switch off the power source.
• Nastavení osvětlení: The flexible gooseneck allows for precise aiming of the light. Gently bend and twist the arm to direct the light exactly where it is needed on your workpiece.
• Optimální jas: The built-in constant current power supply ensures consistent brightness. No manual brightness adjustments are required.

Údržba

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your LED spotlight, follow these simple maintenance guidelines:

• Čištění: Disconnect power before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the light head and flexible arm. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, but ensure no moisture enters the electrical components. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Inspekce: Periodically inspect the wiring for any signs of wear, fraying, or damage. Check the mounting base for looseness. Address any issues promptly.
• Skladování: If storing the light for an extended period, ensure it is clean, dry, and stored in a safe place away from extreme temperatures or humidity.
