1. Úvod

This manual provides instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of the Kaleinavi DC Motor Remote Control Switch, Model 03. This device is designed for wireless control of DC motors, enabling forward, reverse, and stop functions. 5. Instalace a zapojení

The receiver and remote control are pre-paired at the factory. Follow the wiring diagrams carefully. If you are unsure, consult a qualified technician.

5.1 Identifikace součásti

5.2 DC Motor Wiring Diagram

This diagram illustrates how to connect a DC motor to the receiver board. Ensure the power supply matches the motor's voltage requirements (DC 12V-48V).

5.3 Connecting AC Appliances (Load)

While the control board operates on DC 12-48V, its relays can switch AC loads. This diagram shows how to connect AC220V electrical appliances as the load. Ensure the input power to the receiver board remains DC 12-48V.

Důležité: The receiver board itself requires a DC 12-48V power supply. The AC220V shown in Figure 4 refers to the voltage of the appliance being controlled by the relay, not the input power for the receiver board.

5.4 Počáteční zapnutí

After wiring, apply power to the receiver board. The indicator light should illuminate briefly. The system is now ready for operation.

6. Provozní režimy

The receiver supports two operating modes: Momentary and Latched. These modes are selected using the jumper on the receiver board (refer to Figure 2 for jumper location).

6.1 Okamžitý režim

In Momentary mode, the motor operates only while the remote control button is pressed. Releasintlačítko zastaví motor.

  • Nastavení: The jumper should ne connect any pins.
  • Operace: Press and hold a button on the remote control to activate the motor; release to stop.

6.2 Blokovaný režim

In Latched mode, pressing a button activates the motor, and it continues to operate until another button is pressed to stop it or reverse its direction.

  • Nastavení: The jumper should connect pins L and S.
  • Operace:
    • Press the "Up" button (default first button) to activate forward motion.
    • Press the "Down" button (default second button) to activate reverse motion.
    • Press the "Stop" button (default third button) to stop the motor.

6.3 Learning Remote Control Codes

If you need to pair a new remote control or re-pair an existing one, follow these steps:

  1. Learn "Up" (Forward) Button:
    • Press the learning button on the receiver board once. The learning indicator light will flash slowly.
    • Press the desired "Up" (forward) button on your remote control.
    • The learning indicator will flash 5 times and then turn off, indicating successful learning.
  2. Learn "Down" (Reverse) Button:
    • Press the learning button on the receiver board twice. The learning indicator light will flash slowly.
    • Press the desired "Down" (reverse) button on your remote control.
    • The learning indicator will flash 5 times and then turn off, indicating successful learning.
  3. Learn "Stop" Button (for Latched Mode):
    • If using Latched mode, the third button on the remote is typically for stop. This step is usually not explicitly mentioned for learning, as the system often infers it or it's part of the default pairing. If your remote has a dedicated stop button and it doesn't work after learning Up/Down, try pressing the learning button three times and then the stop button.

6.4 Clearing Remote Control Codes

To clear all learned remote control codes from the receiver:

  • Press and hold the learning button on the receiver board for approximately 5 seconds.
  • The learning indicator light will flash 3 times and then turn off. This confirms that all stored remote control codes have been cleared.

8. Údržba

  • Keep the receiver board clean and free from dust and debris.
